Miller Time Tire and Auto Reviews (1)

Review: Well I took my 05 Chevy with 22 inch rims into miller time auto to get new tires on my front rims. I purchased the tires through miller time which they charged me 145.00 a tire, Mount and balance was 10.00 a tire and 5.00 for getting rid of the old tires. Which came to a total of 315.00 for all the services. Pulling into miller time there was not one mark on my rims because I take very good care of my truck. Leaving miller time there is dings and gouges and scratches on both of my front rims which is the only two they changed. On the drivers side there is deep gouges on the face of the rim and multiple scratches all over the lip of the rim where the tire meets the rim. On the passenger side rim there is also deep gouges where the machine that he used to put the rim on the tire. There is also gouges on the face of the rim. The rimstthemselves cost 320.00 a peice. Upon noticing the gouges I returned immediately after I got home and asked the manager who put the tires on to look at the rims. At first he denied it then upon farther discussion he admitted to hurting the passenger side but not the drivers side. He then proceeded to only pay 50.00 saying that's all the money that it would be to get fixed. He refused to pay anymore. Then about an hour later my mother called and tried talking to him again and he still refused and hung up on her. The whole time that I myself and my mother talked to him we were nothing but respectful but he was disrespectful to us.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the cost of the tires and the mounting and balancing fee which is a total of 310.00 The cost of getting my rims fixed would be 300.00. I would need to get my rims demounted which would cost 10.00 a wheel. Then powder coated which is 250.00 for both wheels. Then remounted which would be 10.00 a wheel. Thats not including me having to not have a vehicle for 24 hours or more. Then having to match the front wheels to the back wheels after they are powder coated.
