On behalf of Miller Transportation we apologize for the issues that the charter group encounter on the trip to Colorado As you mentioned in your complaint, mechanical issues do occur even though we do our very best to mitigate those issues on a proactive basis When issues do occur we do our everything within our power to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, however on some occasions extensive delays do occur, which happened in this situationUnfortunately we are not in a position to reimburse you for the additional fees to change your daughters flight Our contract was with the individuals who booked and paid for the charter The acceptance letter they signed states that "Miller Transportation is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather or mechanical issues" Again, I am sorry for the issues that occurred on your trip

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution acceptable to me. The group did finally get me a copy of their contract which states Miller isn't responsible. I don't agree with this in the least, but I can see there will be no retribution made regardless of what I was told. After doing a little more research into Miller Transportation I will just add my voice to the many who's been treated poorly by them with no recourse due to their disclaimers.
