Concrete around the full perimeter of the pool is crackedWhen I asked them what they were going to do, she said she would send someone out & never did Also told me concrete wasn't covered under warranty after we told them to pack the ground before pouring the concreteAlso unable to place skimmer door on due to the concrete sinking downNow waiting to hear about our filters in our *** pump that are cracking & the bands holding them together have fallen apart! We put a lot of money into this pool & have had nothing but problemsDisappointed!
