Review: I had a wood venetian blid that was not working properly as the slots were hanging sideways, because the string was broken. I brought to Miller and Company to have restrung. However, the [redacted] said it did not have to be restrung. He melted the string and fitted in back in the place it broke from and said it worked. I paid $10, but when got home to hang it the string broke again. The [redacted] came to my house and did some kind of patchjob and said it worked which it did for a very short time period. I then called the [redacted] and after a month was able to bring back and have it restrung for $60.00. He is very hard to reach and never returns phone calls so after a month I got it back and the [redacted] fixed another problem and showed me how it went up and down which after bringing it to him it could not go up and down. However as he was standing in front of the blind I did not notice that this blind was inproperly restrung as it does not reach the windowsill. I called about this over ten times and a couple of times spoke to [redacted]. She assured me that he would fic=xed the problem, which he never did. So I finally came to Revdex.com. I was also told that he could put more slats on the blind, but I would be better off buying a new blind. I explained there were more than enough wood slats but not enough string.Desired Settlement: I would like this blind fixed the right way or refund my $70.00. I got riped off.
