Miller's AAA Transmission

In regards to complaint ID # ***When Ms*** brought her vehicle to our facility for repair in We informed her we were going to try and find a used transmission to keep her cost as low as possibleShe wasn't able to be contacted as she didn't leave a numberWhen she finally
called us months later to check on her vehicle we informed her we had exhausted all of our options on finding a used transmission, but was keeping her cost at the original $quote we had originally gave her to repair her vehicleShe finally came to pick the vehicle up months later and returned her vehicle to us in We once again searched for another used transmissionDuring this time Ms*** left the vehicle with us for years before contacting us to finally pick her vehicle upWe once again told her that we was not able to locate a used transmission and she would need to come pick her vehicle as it had been at our facility for such a long period of timeWhen she arrived June to pick it up we realized that the battery, windshield wipers, and the hood prop had been removedShe immediately became belligerent and called the policeShe made a police report of the missing items of which nothing was mentioned of a jackShe started yelling and cursing the owner and his sonHis daughter arrived during this time for a brief visit to check on her father as he has heart issuesShe seen her father trying to calmly to talk to the lady but quickly realized the distress the lady was putting on her fatherShe quickly asked her father to step inside the officeThe lady yelled at his daughter as to which his daughter wanted to know what was going on and why the police had been calledAfter learning of the missing battery and wiper blades she went to replace the missing itemsThe lady wasn't happy about the battery that was bought even though the battery bought was the right size batteryfor her vehicle that a parts place had looked upThe lady recalled the police to come out again over the battery issue and the officer informed her that he couldn't keep coming out there all dayHe told her he was making a report on the missing items that she could pick up in a few daysHe suggested if she couldn't find some kind of settlement from the establishment then she could go to small claims courtMs*** stated she wanted her $back that she had paid to get the vehicle fixedIt was agreed and her money was returned to herWe have attached a copy of the agreement for your viewingHer vehicle was towed off the premises using the daughters ***We tried to accommodate Ms *** as much as possibleOur business has been family owned for many yearsWe strive to make all of our customers happyWe apologize if she didn't have a great experience with our companyHowever, you cant always make everyone happy.Sincerely,*** ***Owner
