I hired Miller's Chimney to reline a flue in one chimney and seal off the flue in another chimneyThe whole experience was difficultMiller's chimney is the least professional business that I have encountered since buying my house in June of It took over days to get an estimate emailed to me after they came to do an inspectionDuring this time I called them many times and they had many excuses to explain why the estimate was taking so longThe estimate I finally received lacked detail and did not accurately reflect the work I needed doneThe day the technician came to do the repairs he had an old version of the work order and so had not brought all the needed tools and suppliesHe had to come back the next day and finish the job
In summary, their work was Good, but their customer service is Bad and their professionalism is PoorI would not recommend Miller's and I will not hire them again
