Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I know I tested the stone with a carbon pencil and it did not scratch it when I acquired it and now after taking it to Millers Jewelers store it now scratchesI have witnesses that saw me testing it when I acquired it. You contradict yourself when you said it was never out of my sight but you put it down on the counter to do a see through test out of my sightWhy would you even do that if you say you new it was not a diamondI did say it was a diamond to your associate who brought it to you, and I did not hear what he said to youYou were in the back more than you were up front, and to me it looked like you were looking for something. You said on the phone you have video of everything so why don't you give it to the Revdex.com and let them determine what transpired while I was thereJust because you haven't had a complaint doesn't mean you haven't done this before just means you haven't been caughtAfter all the odds are well in your favor due to most people can not determine if a diamond is real or notI can !Sincerely,*** ***

I personally do not know this gentleman but I am the owner of Miller's and I am the one that helped him after he initially talked to one of my associatesDuring his short visit this is all we did: He asked us what it would cost to put his heart shaped stone into a solitaire mountingI then
measured it, put it back on the counter right in front of him and retrieved a catalog with a price for him. He can see me through the shop windows getting the catalog out of the cupboard Since we don't stock heart shaped mountings I quoted him a price and told him we would have to order it and then set it which would be after the new year due to the holidaysHe said OK and that he would be backWe put the stone back in the same container with the old mounting and an oval blue gemstone he brought in and he went on his wayI would say he is was in the store at most minutesAt no time did the stone even leave his presenceI was never asked to identify it and at no time said it was a diamond or a CZI assumed it was sentimental to him regardless and he wanted a new mountingThis is the same thing I said to him on the phone after he called and accused us of switching itHow and when could I switch his stone when it was right there the whole time and why would I? He accuses me of putting it down on
the counter in front of me which I did to do a simple read thru test so I knew what we were working with. This took five seconds. If we had actually taken the gemstone in it would have been identified and photographed on the repair job. If he would like I would be happy to take a lie detector test to prove to him he left with the same gemstone he brought in. We have been in business in Moses Lake for over yearsWe handle millions of dollars worth of jewelry every year. There isn't a gemstone in this town worth my reputation and we would never do anything like this to ruin itI am very offended at these accusations and don't appreciate the slander he has spread around the area. How is it this is the only complaint we have ever received from the Revdex.com in years of operating in this town? He should seriously consider what he is doing to the families and employees of the business he is falsely accusing. Thank you for providing me with his name and address. I appreciate it.
Sincerely,
Todd L*** G.G
