Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I know I tested the stone with a carbon pencil and it did not scratch it when I acquired it and now after taking it to Millers Jewelers store it now scratchesI have witnesses that saw me testing it when I acquired it You contradict yourself when you said it was never out of my sight but you put it down on the counter to do a see through test out of my sightWhy would you even do that if you say you new it was not a diamondI did say it was a diamond to your associate who brought it to you, and I did not hear what he said to youYou were in the back more than you were up front, and to me it looked like you were looking for something You said on the phone you have video of everything so why don't you give it to the Revdex.com and let them determine what transpired while I was thereJust because you haven't had a complaint doesn't mean you haven't done this before just means you haven't been caughtAfter all the odds are well in your favor due to most people can not determine if a diamond is real or notI can !Sincerely, [redacted]
