I am rejecting this response because: From November 27, the roof leaked around the chimney until a month ago when I hired another Roofing Company which corrected Miller Roofing mistakeThe work that Miller Roofing completed had nothing to do with the age of the roof which is less then years oldThey were to fix the flashing around the chimmey which MrMiller has stated and admitted to in his response, several times coming back to fix issues with his workMrMiller was the one that asked and referred that I get a masonry company to look at the chimney which I knew wasn't the problem and was kind enough to referre one of the companies he works withI did have a masonry company that I knew come out to look at the chimmey on MrMiller's requestThey inspected the chimney and found no problem with the brick work and stated it was in the workmanship of the roof and flashingI then hired a new roofing company to fix a two year old leak from Miller roofingHave pictures to show the leak from Miller roofing if needed.

Miller's Roofing provided a free estimate, offered high quality roofing materials, removed our old roof and applied the new roof materials efficiently and skillfullyThey also replaced four skylights and a section of rainspout with wider spout to handle a greater volume of rainwaterTheir crew was polite, hard working and did an excellent job of cleanupThey completed the entire job in two days (very hot days)Their pricing was reasonable, considering the high quality of materials and workmanship

My roof was replaced exactly as proposed, on time, with very skiled personnel Upon completion everything was cleaned up I am very pleased with their work

Tell us why here...First of all, I would like to start of by stating that this roof is NOT a roof that we installed. I am unsure of the age of the roof, or who it was installed by. On March 27, 2013, *** *** contacted our company and asked for a pipe boot repair. We went out
and replaced the pipe boot and *** paid his bill. Then, on November 27, *** *** called and asked for a chimney flashing repair. Again, we responded and made the necessary repairs to his chimney. We first removed the shingles around the chimney (that we did not originally install), applied ice and water shield, new step flashing and shingles. Then, in January, we did need to come back. This time we removed the old counter flashing from around the brick, ground a groove into the brick and installed new counter flashing into the chimney. We billed *** *** and he paid (very late, we had to call him and remind him). He sent us the money with a note which read "Josh, Thanks for your patience; great job on work. --***" Now, in October of (so, months later) he calls and says his chimney is leaking again. I personally went out to inspect it and everything with our work looked good. I told him that he needs a mason to re point the chimney and seal the brick. I also found some questionable nail locations in the shingles from the original roof (that we did NOT install). I made the necessary repairs and charged him for the service call, which he paid. His mason, who he stated is a friend of his, is pointing the finger at us, because he was out several times working on his brick. I referred knowledgeable masonry companies to him, but he did not want to call them. Any time we install a NEW ROOF for someone, we guarantee our workmanship. Our bills all state "ALL NEW WORK GUARANTEED". Any time we are just doing repairs, we do our best to solve the problem, but sometimes leaks come from different directions. Since this is not a roof that we installed, we cannot guarantee it not to leak. --Josh M***
