I am rejecting this response because:
This just shows you how they run a business,they charged $PER HRFOR HRS TO PAINT A ROOF THAT IS 34'X8' THAT SHOULD ONLY TAKE HRS TO COMPLETE AND FORGET TO CHARGE FOR MATERIALS.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

This is clearly going no where and we will no longer be respondingThe second time he chose and arranged where to ship it and it still didn't arrive in the right placeThis is not our problem

We do not feel it is necessary for us to pay for additional shipping chargesWe followed *** protocol using their shipping informationThe shipping address on *** was incorrect, had it been his actual location address this would have never happenedWhile we appreciate his service to our country
we do not feel it has any relation to the issue at hand

Nobody is reading the emails I sent Penny M*** giving her specific shipping instructions. I even told her to cancel the order if she could not ship to me. . THEY sent the grill to the wrong address. Even the invoice had the right address which they did not use

I told the manager that I wanted the roof washed, primed and painted,I did not ask for a paint and primer mixture as I have heard bad things about this product,I called her numerous times to let her know when I was bringing the unit down and reminded her of what I wanted done!

Our work order specifically says Clean and coat roofThere are multiple methods in which this can be done all of which work fineWe use a one step process which is a paint and primer in oneThere was no specification made to us about absolutely having to use a two step processThe rv was power
washed and cleaned and then the roof coating was applied at this time we did call *** to make sure he was aware his rubber roof has been worn down to the black which if your familiar you know that a rubber roof has a white layer on the top which once you get down to black its time for a replacementWe told him that there was black still coming through the coating and his response was that he did not want to spend the extra money to do a second coating which would have been another gallon of roof coat and minimal laborPrimer is used for adhesion not for color so we feel the result would be the sameWe use this roof coating on EVERY roof we do and NEVER once have had any issues with it being a problem in all of the years we've been using it, the one step process is just as successful as a two step and actually saves the customer a significant amount of time and money

I sent these five *** messages prior to them shipping to the wrong address which they ignored. You can plainly see I tried desperately to confirm the shipping. I am a disabled vet living in an RV. I get shipments all the time to where ever I happen to be General Delivery. I'm currently in Flagstaff, AZ where another *** dealer sent me a heat stove General Delivery, he however read his emails before shipping. The attached Invoice has the correct address on it, Havasu City, but that is not where they sent it. In closing I'd like to add that Penny Miller never responded to any emails or phone calls. When I finally got a hold of her she just kept hanging up on meIf any one needs I will provide a copy of my award letter that states I only get $/ month pension. Please feel free to Google "VA PENSION'" if you have any doubt how it works

In regards to the customers concern, we have not charged him for the roof materialsWe will not refund payment for a job that has been completed and done correctly since it will not affect the integrity of the roofRoof materials amount to $This amount was accidentally not charged on Saturday when the customer came to payWhich would accrue to more than half of the requested returnWe feel this is a fair solution for both parties, since no specifications were made about which coating to use
