We do understand your concernPlease if you reported to your insurance agent in a timely manner he or she should be explaining that to [redacted] Based on [redacted] 's determination in the matter, the reporting delay was a big factor in not accepting liability to the damage

I am the property owner where a vehicle was left because I am local to where the truck broke downThe invoice would be under the name Carol Gill who's insurance company is State Farm

While, we understand Mr***' frustrationOur review shows that he received two certified letters indicating it would be auctioned, which he did sign forHe did not contact our office again over year later in January All state and local requirements for sale were followed.
We are not a storage free facility unfortunately, and storing for free for well over a year was definitely not discussed

Thank you for allowing us to review this complaintAll invoices and driver's statement were forwarded to the company, Agero Roadside, which paid for the serviceTheir determination indicated we could not be held responsible for the damages due to the time delayAn estimate for driver
side damage was obtained on or around March 6, 2016, and the report of damage was made to *** *** on or about April 26, 2016. Should you have further questions around their determination, please do not hesitate to contact them

Thank you for allowing us to review the concernAt this time, based on the information gathered and *** *** Company's review of the matter, we will stand by the decision made by a third party. There is no information that would indicate Miller's damaged this vehicle from a lockout in 2015, that was reported damaged in April 2016 with an estimate for damages made in March We understand that this is not the resolution you desired, but at this time, we will not be making any payment for the damage reportedPlease follow through with Safeco on the time delay you mentioned in the report

A payment was mailed to the customer in the amount of $as requestedThe check has been cashedIt was not until receiving a letter in the mail with no telephone number to contact were we made aware of possible damageWe did not question or inspectMerely ensured we were in the area on that
day and made payment immediately. Please let me know if you need anything further. Thank you, *** ***

This decision disheartens me very much soThe three men involved with the unlocking of my car in December are full aware of the evening's events and what damaged was caused to my car and by whomJustice will be served eventually and I believe the men from Miller's Wrecker Service will be held accountable for their actions one of these days, if not here on earth, then definitely in heavenI did exactly what I was supposed to do in reporting an incident such as this - I contacted my insurance agent immediatelyMiller's Wrecker Service should have stepped up to the plate.It is very sad that we live in a world where individuals cannot take into account a person's genuine honestyI am a divorced, honest, white 51-year old female public educator with excellent morals and standards for myselfThere are too many people and companies out there who just want to win or get ahead in the world even if it is at another's expense.Hopefully, my insurance company will take up the responsibility of repairing my carHowever, this is just one more reason why insurance company premiums continue to rise

There was no delay in my reporting the incident to my insurance company, SafecoThey are the ones who delayed notifying youMy complaint is still valid
