Miller's Auto Sales Reviews (1)

This letter is in response to ID#[redacted] a complaint that has been brought upon Miller's Auto Sales.
Millers auto Sales has been in Business for over 30 years, sells over 400 vehicles a year, and is well known in the community, has participated in local charitable events and fundraisers....

Miller's Auto Sale's offer's used cars at under retail prices and hold's high standards for the product that are being sold at this location. We offer extended warranties at cost. In the past we have allowed Lemon Buster, Mechanics, friends, and family members of our customers to drive and inspect our vehicles before purchasing. In July 2014, a young couple came to our establishment and ask about a 2006 Mustang convertible, they inspected and test drove the car. The sales agent wrote up the invoice with the description of the vehicle along with the identification (VIN#) number for said vehicle they left to secure financing. Miller's Auto Sales does not provide in house financing. The following day the purchaser's father called (whose family have been previous customers of Miller's Auto Sales) on the phone and negotiated the price. All of the pertinent information was conveyed.
If a buyer wants a Car Fax they can acquire one on their own. Car Fax's are informative but not always accurate. As for the Car Fax the complaintent has, stated that this vehicle had previous frame damage, if that were the case, in order for the vehicle to be put back into service there has to be a Recondition Title. This Mustang has a Clean Title.Shortly after the purchase the customer returned with the car, stated that the windshield wipers did not work. The vehicle was immediately take in and the issues where repaired at No Charge to the customer (although all vehicles are SOLD AS IS), the customer was satisfied.
In February 2015, seven months after the sale of the 2006 Mustang convertible the buyer returned. Brought the car in and asked that the car be traded or bought back. The customer stated that the convertible had over heated and damaged the engine resulting in an engine change. The mechanic that replaced the Mustang engine contacted the owner of Miller's Auto Sales (a few days before the customer returned) to tell him that one of his customer brought the Mustang in for repair. The mechanic said the vehicle had a cracked thermostat housing and was a common problem on this type of vehicle, the coolant level was neglected. The lack of coolant caused the engine to overheat. He was surprised the warranty company covered the repairs.
When the customer returned Miller's Auto Sales inspected and drove the vehicle. There was damage on the front bumper, as the interior needed complete detailing. With these condition considered, An offer of $5,500.00, that was $1,500.00 over any other offer, any other dealer would give them for trade. She loved her convertible in the summer of July, but not so much in the winter of February a convertible is seasonal and will lose some value.
Miller's Auto Sales considers this a fair and equitable offer, as it is expensive to drive and maintain a vehicle.
Miller's Auto Sales prides itself in its reputation and the satisfaction of its customers.
