I met with *** *** on June below I will included you copies of all of our text messaging
June mr*** text concern about paperwork I've been explained to him I gave him a copy of both sire and dam's paperwork that he needed to wait for AKC papers to come in the mail.( this takes a while when you have a European import)
Also that day he explained that he would be taking one pup to his that the other pup went to his daughter and she would be taking it also a few days later ( this is when I said this is longer than I expected you taking the puppy to the vet you're supposed to take them in the first hours we also had a phone conversation about this he was a little brat because I was not Punchbowl with him waiting so long ) (and basically the contract that he signed with the boy he had hours to take the puppy to the vet he did not )I got the next tex on the 25th this was the day that he explained he took both puppies to a vetText me and told me I want you to call me
I returned his call he told me that his puppies had hook warm and that this was unacceptable that he payed full price for his dogs which however he did not I gave him the second puppy for a discount because he bought two I tried to explain to him that we have dewormed the puppies at two weeks and every days until they were in his possession .we do a stool sample and check for Worms The reason why you have to deworm every days is because worms lay eggs and they rehatch you have to keep going with this process hookworms are not common with small puppies we do not use such strong warmer to kill hookworms until weeks of age this is why I tell everyone as soon as they get the puppy to deworm him again and also continue the vaccinations I tried to explain this to Mr*** but he was on a rant and would not listen to anything I was trying to explain .I was trying to make him understand I was in the car with my children he kept screaming I simply hung up the phoneHonestly Mr*** scares me he also scared my children I asked my employee *** *** to Give him a call back and try to explain why the pup needs to be dewormed every days and why this is very common below I have also listed all text messages from MrTeuer and Mr***
I would like to point out a few things and Mr*** statement via text first he told me he was taking one puppy to the vet the 23rd at 2:however he did not take the puppies to the vet until the 25th at 9:on Thursday the second thing I would like to point out is when Mr*** was speaking to Mr*** my employee I included in his book that I said I would be delivering to him a copy of his Health agreement that he signed and dated this health agreement as I mentioned above is on my Facebook and on my website if you look in these pictures of *** *** his son-in-law and his wife the sun is shining there is no rain Mr*** insist to Mr*** you made me sign this in the pouring down rain I had no idea what I was signing
And Mr***'s complaint he said he had to wait for me however if you see in the text messages I told him exactly when I would be arriving at the Clock tower he explains that he's at his daughters house when I am there waiting for him he says he hit a little bit of construction and he will be there shortly I was someone waiting
In conversation between Mr*** and Mr*** my employee Mr*** states what kind of people are weak I am a person of my word I'm reasonable and understanding and compassionate, I have many great customers and a great business and very healthy dogs that's why I have done so good for the past years .however I will not be bullied or told what I'm going to do Mr*** did not follow any of the guidelines and did nothing but change his story
Mr*** has everything that he wanted his free book and his AKC papers Those two things or sent certified mail so I would get a signature back and know that he did get them
