Review: ON JULY 21 2014 I HAD A ORDER FOR THREE CORDS OF FIREWOOD TO BE DELIVERED TO [redacted].ON THAT DAY A ROLLOFF TRUCK DROPPED THE SUPPOSED THREE CORDS BY EMPLOYEE [redacted] OF MILLER LAWN CARE AND IRRIGATION AT THIS TIME I HAD NO WAY OF MEASUREING OR DETERMINING IF ALL OF THE 3 CORDS WERE SHIPPED AS PROMISED .AS OF 8-24 -2014 I FINISHED STACKING AND MEASURING THE WOOD THAT I RECEIVED TO MY SUPPRISE I WAS 3\4 OF A CORD SHORT SO ON 8-25-2014 I REPORTED TO MILLERS AND AGAIN ON THESE FOLLOWING DATES 9-5 9-49-2 8-29 8-28 8-25 AND TO NO ADVALE MILLERS WILL NOT DELIVER THE MISSING WOODDesired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THE 3\4 OF WOOD THAT WAS MISSING TO BE DELIVERED AS PROMISED

Review: I had Miller's Lawn Care come out in July 2015 to replace 4 sprinkler valves, the valve box cover, and the back-flow valve . They replaced the 4 sprinkler valves and the valve box cover, but not the back-flow valve. I tested the system the next day after allowing time for the glue to dry and found that one valve was leaking because the tech cut the hose too short when he installed it. I couldn't use my sprinkler and called their office leaving messages, eventually reaching someone, and after 2 weeks the tech came out to fix it.

I received an invoice in August billing me for the work done on 7/9/2015 and for work done on 7/23/2015 to fix the problem caused on the first visit. I left voice messages and nobody called back, finally reaching someone, explaining the problem, but never heard back from anyone.

They sent a second invoice in November billing me $106.44 for the back-flow valve they did not install and $96.92 for the second visit to fix the leak they caused. Again, I called their office leaving messages and nobody called back. I then sent a letter detailing the problem and have not heard back after 3 weeks.Desired Settlement: Not be billed $106.44 for the back-flow valve they did not install and $96.92 for the second visit to fix the leak they caused.
