[redacted] is behind on his payment to us.  We halted doing finishing touch ups due to a payment schedule that he did not keep up with.  Further more, [redacted] also stalked and harassed myself  and my subs several times during the process of the job.  He would call after...

hours, and if no one would pick up, he would call and text the phone until someone would pick up the phone.  And in these late night conversations he would berate everything that we did in a negative manor.  This went on for weeks and it got to the point that when ever my phone would go off I would cringe at it.  He would have us in his house telling us stories about who he sued, who he evicted and who's job he threatened, also about how he never pays contractors fully.  I have the right to cease any work to be done when ever I want due to harassment.  No one should be put through a working environment where they are put down and threatened every single day.  We did a quality job there.  We halted the touch up portion of the job due to no payment and on going harassment.  This guy was so bad, he kept calling the police to report me missing.  Never in my life have I felt the need to look over my shoulder because a customer was stalking me.  The police told me that he told them I am a very good friend of [redacted] when in fact we are not.  I just did a couple jobs for him over time and thats it.  This one was the last job I will ever do.  He terrorized me and my guys everyday with threats.  He stalked me through misuse of police.  I am mortified that people like this exist on this plant, and if I had to work everyday for this type of person I would close up this business and never do this again.  We did a good job in there, and I want nothing ever to do with this person again.  He didn't make payments as promised, his family walked through the glue and up onto their carpets and than blamed us.  I will not respond further to this complaint, as its my right to refuse any service to anyone who doesn't pay and also threatens me and my Sub contractors.  My advice stay away from this person, he is sue happy. I have cut of contact with this person weeks ago, and he still finds a way to harass myself daily.
