Review: On 5/20/14 [redacted] came and installed a sewer pump per Millcreek specs. On that day he requested final payment of $1,250 and said he would be back to do the restoration. He had to dig a ditch to install the pump. On 6/23/14 (one month past the installation) I called [redacted] on his cell [redacted] to find out why the restoration was not done. On 6/24/14 [redacted] returned my call and told me he was in an accident, but had a crew doing restoration work and would have them come out on Thursday 6/27 or Friday 6/28 if the weather was good. The weather was good and they did not come out. I called [redacted] on cell 7/1/14 at 1:34pm and left a message. I called [redacted] on 7/3/14 at 6:02 pm and left a message. I called [redacted] on 7/5/14 and left a message. I called [redacted] from Millcreek and [redacted] said he would email [redacted]. It is 7/28/14-two months past the installation and no restoration and [redacted] will not return my calls.Desired Settlement: Would like [redacted] to come out and do the work per contract. Work needs to be done now. If he cannot do it now, I would like to hire someone and bill [redacted]. Work needs to be completed before winter so grass can start growing and root for winter.

Review: Millcreek Township Sewer Authority in Erie, PA mandated that the homeowners in our area connect to the public sanitary sewer system in May of 2013. Millers Plumbing and Excavating was hired by the group of homeowners to connect our current tank to the main sewer, backfill and seed. We received an estimate on 4/18/2013 to have our parcel done in the amount of $2250.00. We got an invoice dated 5/23/13 for $1850.00. This amount was paid in full.Our tank was hooked up to the main sewer in the early fall of 2013 but our property was never backfilled and seeded. I talked to [redacted] Miller in the fall & he stated he would be back in the spring to finish up. I called [redacted] in the spring of 2014 and he stated he would fix it by the end of the week. I called him again the third week of June and he again said he would come & fix it. Since then I have left messages for him but he will not return my calls. On my last call I informed him I would be filing a complaint and if this does not get settled that I would be getting my attorney involved.Desired Settlement: I would just like my front yard fixed but I have 2 fears. 1. He will not do a good job in back filling the lawn & seeding or2. I get a refund for the things he didnt do so I can hire someone else but he provides a low amount on what he will refund.
