Review: On 10/28/13 My car was taken to Millers for a oil change. After leaving Millers I went home and didn't leave my home. On 10/29/13 at 11:30 I left my home to go to [redacted] Military base. Returning I heard something like a ticking noise coming from my car. I drove my car home, and exited the car smelling oil and checking my oil, which was low. The next day I drove to millers, and explain to Mr Miller that my car was making noises, he told one of his guys to look at it. Two guys looked at the car, one checked the oil first he said something to the other guy and the second guy add something to the engine. When I saw him adding something to the engine I went to open the door to the garage door and he saw me looking and open the door and said we don't have anything to hid. I asked what did he put in the car, he denied that anything was put in the car. I asked him to call his boss, he said he would be right out. One of the guys came over and closed the door, at this time I looked in the garage and Mr Miller was sitting in my car and had started my car, When he saw me he immediately came over to me, told me it my fault that my oil was low when I brought the car in, and that he would not be buying me a new motor. I tried to tell Mr Miller my car was not making any noises before his services. and if the oil was low why did he not tell me then or write it on the receipt because I did ask if any fluids were low. And I also tried to tell Mr Miller that I also found that the oil was low when I checked it. Mr Miller did not want to listen to anything I had to say, he kept saying I am not buying you a new engine, he then ask me to leave his building. On my way home I stopped and ask a friend to check my oil, he checked the oil and said the oil is low, and he felt that the oil could be a little more cleaner.Desired Settlement: For Miller to pay for the damages his business cause to my vehicle,There were no tapping or rattling in my engine before the he change the oil and filte.r
