We do understand your concern. Please if you reported to your insurance agent in a timely manner he or she should be explaining that to [redacted]. Based on [redacted]'s determination in the matter, the reporting delay was a big factor in not accepting liability to the damage.

Thank you for providing this information. We have researched our call receipts for September and October. Unfortunately, we are unable to find a call for either names provided. If you would like to forward any further information, photos, date of service, name of driver, the vehicle owner's receipt indicating towed; we would be more than happy to review to see if we can determine further information.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have been unable to locate a service provided to the Byrd's by our company. Please forward a copy of the invoice indicating services rendered, so we may further look into the matter.

There was no delay in my reporting the incident to my insurance company, Safeco. They are the ones who delayed notifying you. My complaint is still valid.

I am the property owner where a vehicle was left because I am local to where the truck broke down. The invoice would be under the name Carol Gill who's insurance company is State Farm.
