I just have a whole new mess now. I may have misunderstood but in any case I wish I had gone with the company that was 2000.00 cheaper.

Review: Paid to have a tree cut down to where I could dispose of it.They left a 20 ft log that will take 5 men to try and move in addition I paid an additio $75 to have some small branches chipped and they didn't. .In fact I paid them and had to leave for an appointment and they left shortly after meDesired Settlement: Do the work they were contracted to do in addition they destroyed half of my hedges bringing their flatbed truck down my driveway

Miller tree service came to our home, cut down a hundred year old Maple Tree. The cost was low and we received good service. Other tree services in the area wanted over a thousand dollars more for the same job.

Horrible customer service. Damaged our grass with their trucks, trees looked worse after completed, and overpriced for a horrible job. Asked what all they done for 475 and he freaked out and threatened to sue me for his crappy job and also threatened me that he knows the JP.

Rented them for crane service .These guys are unprofessional. [redacted] damaged the my property. At payment time asked [redacted] for credit of damages. Rather then giving credit ,he intentionally did more damage. called [redacted] Police 4/14/15 and filed report.

Review: Mr. Miller's crew had dropped a tree limb on my property without any written consent or prior knowledge on our part. His crew caused approx. $2,000 in damage to my property. I have sent Miller Tree Services a Certified letter, but it was returned to me due to incorrect address.Desired Settlement: I have a formal quote from the landscaper who built my boulder wall and who handles my landscaping. I just want my yard returned back to its original condition prior to his crew dropping a 40"+ limb and causing all of this damage.

I had a tree fall on my roof of my home I hired miller's to remove it .they were quick and fair priced.id recommend them.

Review: After opening an automotive garage, Mr. [redacted] accepted my '92 Toyota Camry 4Cyl. and quoted a more than reasonable $550 for the cost of replacing the transmission with a good junk yard transmission. This was over 4 months ago. After firinig the first Mechanic, assigned to my vehicle, for internal reasons I was assured of paying no more for my repair and that it would be handled asap. 2 months later, After purchasing a total of 3 different transmissions, my vehicle now sits with the last of the 3, which has bad clutch's which keep the vehicle from shifting at all. About 2 weeks ago Mr. [redacted] wished to have a "talk" with me, in this talk he openly confessed that he had given up on my repair. And now my car sits in his garage's open lot.Desired Settlement: A desired settlement would be either a full working replacement transmission being put in my vehicle. Or, having my vehicle towed to another shop close by and having them do the work at Mr. [redacted] expense. As the inconvience of this has ended up with returning my registration and letting my inspection expire, as a result of not being able to drive the vehicle

Review: CONTRACTED WITH BRYAN M[redacted] OF MILLER'S TREE SERVICE TO REMOVE TWO LOCUST TREES FOR $275.00 EACH. THEY STARTED WORK IN SEPTEMBER 2014. WORKED ON FIRST TREE AND WERE RAINED OUT BEFORE FINISHING. WAS SUPPOSED TO CUT THE STUMPS DOWN TO GROUND LEVEL. NEVER DID THE STUMP AND LEFT A LOT OF DEBRIS IN THE YARD. BRYAN M[redacted] CAME TO MY HOUSE ON 10/09/14 SAID NEIGHBOR TO MY SOUTH DID NOT WANT HIM TO DRIVE ON HIS PROPERTY AGAIN BECAUSE THEY BROKE ONE OF HIS TREES. BRYAN AND I BOTH TALKED TO NEIGHBOR ON OTHER SIDE OF MY HOUSE AND WE ALL AGREED BRYAN COULD DRIVE BACK INTO YARD ON THAT SIDE. BRYAN SAID THEY WOULD BE BACK TO FINISH WORK THE NEXT WEEK. HE ASKED IF I WOULD PAY FOR FIRST TREE (EVEN THOUGH NOT COMPLETED), AND I FOOLISHLY AGREED AND GAVE HIM CHECK FOR $275.00. HE CASHED CHECK ON 10/20/14.CALLED MILLER TREE SERVICE ON 11/03/14...NO RETURN CALL.CALLED ON 11/09/14 AND HE SAID THEY HAD A "BIG JOB" FOR THE RAILROAD AND WOULD FINISH MY JOB WEEK OF 11/17/14. THEY NEVER CAME BACK.CALLED HIM EARLIER THIS SPRING AND SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK TO FINISH JOB WHEN THE YARD WAS DRY ENOUGH TO DRIVE ON.CALLED HIM BACK 7/21/15 AND ASKED WHEN THEY WERE COMING BACK. HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO GIVE ME A NEW ESTIMATE FOR THE SECOND TREE, SAYING ESTIMATES ARE ONLY FOR 30 DAYS. (HE NEVER MENTIONED THIS WHEN GIVING ESTIMATE.) ALSO, I WOULD THINK THE 30 DAYS WOULD BE IF CUSTOMER DID NOT DECIDE TO PROCEED IN THAT TIME, NOT IF THEY DIDN'T GET THE JOB FINISHED DUE TO THEIR SCHEDULE ?I ASKED IF HE COULD COME OUT AND FINISH THE STUMP ON THE FIRST TREE. HE SAID HIS STUMP GRINDER WAS NOT WORKING AND HE MAY NOT GET IT FIXED UNTIL 2016.I ASKED IF HE COULD JUST GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THE WORK HE HAD NOT COMPLETED (THE FOUR FOOT STUMP). HE HUNG UP THE PHONE !!Desired Settlement: SINCE MILLER'S TREE SERVICE SEEMS TO HAVE NO INTEREST IN FINISHING THE PART OF THE JOB THAT WAS NOT COMPLETED, I WOULD LIKE A REASONABLE REFUND FOR THE WORK NOT COMPLETED.

Review: On October 10 we presented a check in the sum of 300 dollars to start work on a project in which [redacted] Miller of Miller's Tree Service would thin two cherry trees and remove a birch tree, and grind its stump and replace it with a new river birch tree, and than would be paid at the end of his work and additional 450 dollars. Mr.Miller completed the first part of his job , in thinning the cherry trees and cutting down the birch tree at which time he told me he needed the rest of the money on October 14 and I said "I will pay you when it is complete, but he told me he could not complete unless he had the rest of the money. [redacted] Miller has failed too return to finish his work , as the birch tree stump has not been removed ,and a river birch has not been planted in its place. I have called over 30 times since most of the time getting his answering machine, but on occasion talked to him in which he assured the work would be completed. No work has been done since October 14 2013. I am asking to refunded , or work completed. Thank You for your time.Desired Settlement: Finish job , or refund of work not completed.
