I've used them for ten years. Great jobs, working closely with my needs and ideas, until a few years ago, when they expanded the business and no longer care about small customers. I continued to stick with them in the hope that they would appreciate a continued business. Nope. Sloppy jobs, never showed up (like, mulching - after 3 weeks I had asked them to mulch, and after another phone call, he goes, "I'm out of mulch, don't know when I can come" - I ended up doing it myself), very unprofessional attitude. Evan even explicitly admitted that I was not a priority as he had bigger jobs to complete. I held on the payment on one last work until completed to my satisfaction. They decided to terminate our business relation. Avoid unless you have some big job to do (and never dare to say that some things don't work or they are not properly done).
