Millfair self storage
I paid rent through Aug 29th..we vacated our storage space per contract agreement guidelines on April 20th. .I was told that I would receive my prepaid rent back by the employees on site. . (Those who gladly took my money)..I have been given all kinds of promises..the checks in the mail etc. I have tried to contact the owner Carter H and still await his return call. This facility is obviously stealing from those who do business with them. I just want my 4 months of prepaid rent back!

Review: I have stored a camper trailer at Millfair Storage for two years. On 5/24/2016 I received a call from Greg H[redacted] the site manager that my site would no longer be available because additional storage buildings were going in. I informed him that I was prepaid thru 9/2/2016. He informed me that a refund check which he calculated to be $207.85 would be mailed to me within a couple of weeks. I do agree with the amount he calculated. After several weeks I called inquiring about my refund. It's been a constant stream of excuses. Greg has told me the owner Carter D[redacted] won't return his calls. He can't get ahold of the accountant. The accountant says the check was written but they can't find it. I'll have an answer tomorrow. I would think sufficient time has passed to get a refund mailed if they really wanted to.Desired Settlement: Have a check made out for $207.85 which includes my deposit available for me to pickup at the Millfair Storage office.
