I ordered 5 rolls of wallpaper border & they were not pulled from the same lot...causing color matching issues and they weren't willing to make it ok.
I ordered 5 rolls of wallpaper border & they were not pulled from the same lot...causing color matching issues.
I had opened all of the packages to try to find a match for the wall I was currently on b/c I was in the middle of hanging the border.
When I contacted [redacted] she told me she couldn't do anything b/c the packages were opened. I explained why they were open & she still didn't care.
I just think that a person who sells border should know that you ALWAYS pull it from the same lot for this very reason!
