There was a verbal and written agreement on February 21, 2018, for a refund of $500 for the driveway that was unusable.  However, no such compensation has been received, so this issue has not been resolved.

These pictures were taken on January 24, 2018. It is supposed to be straight back from the fence. Bordering the patio and come straight back from the outside edge of the fence to the road. As you can see from the pictures it does not go to the edge of the fence to the road. He curved the crushed concrete all over the front yard. I was home on Thursday February 8, 2018 and my son in law was at his house. He never came to either door and knocked. Apparently he thought we would just know he was out there. The rocks were finally picked up on Friday February 9, 2018. I was gone on Friday and responded Monday as that was the 1st business day. I know the ground needs to dry, but it will not be useable as it is when it dries.  These pictures are what he considers to be a proper driveway.

When we received your email we called [redacted]’s daughter and left a message for her to call us back to see what was wrong with the job? rocks from the crushed concrete. We sent some one Thursday February 8, 2018 to pick those up. We finally talked to [redacted] Monday February 12, 2018 and she said the crushed concrete was holding moisture, and we responded to her that with the rainy and cold weather it will take a while to settle. I don’t know why they contacted you instead of me. Hopefully she is now satisfied. I also called the Revdex.com and left a message and no one has responded to me yet.
