These are the facts concerning this incident.
l will answer the customers' issues as they were received. Millie's does usually have a 3O-minute to an hour wait on Saturdays and Sundays. Occasionally this can be a little longer, on especially busy days, such as Mothers...

Day. [redacted] states: "l hand out drinks." These are drinks that customers purchase while they are waiting. [redacted] ordered four screwdrivers and other drinks for his family. ABC rules state that alcoholic beverages must be consumed within the patio area.  Our patio seats
25 or so and can accommodates more standing. As [redacted] states in her letter, her husband was standing outside the patio area which is an ABC violation for the restaurant and for [redacted].
When [redacted] was told to please consume his beverage inside the patio area, he became incensed. He came into the restaurant and screamed at me in a very aggressive manner about being told to stay inside the patio area. [redacted], who is a famity rnember of one of our staff, and an older gentleman, did not in any way provoke [redacted] or threaten to punch him, After going back outside, [redacted] then stood in the'middle of the restaurants entrance so that any time someone came in or out he had to move - again, this was outside of the patio area. This was a deliberate provocation. He returned to shout at me again, at this point threatening to take staff members outside because he was an [redacted] something. l attempted to defuse the situation and he went outside again. Soon after his table was ready but he then decided to leave, without paying his bill of close to $50! Legally, I could press charges against him for degrading an innkeeper.
[redacted] was not in the restaurant when her husband came in to scream at me, and did not witness his behavior. Her story is a complete fabrication, and I have many witnesses - both staff and customers - who observed what was going on. Obviously. [redacted] was denied any more beverages.
At no point in time was [redacted] threatened in anyway he made all the threats, wanting to fight anyone who would meet him outside. He has also posted his address on [redacted] if anybody wants to discuss this with him! At no point in time was his or his family's safety a question. On the contrary, it was our safety that was in question from one of the most unruly, misbehaved customers it has ever been my misfortune to come in contact with.
If you have any questions, please call me on my cell phone : [redacted]. Thank you so much for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,

Review: This restaurant is notorious for long waits. As such, the owner hands out drinks to those who are waiting. My husband and I brought our 2 kids down for Mother's day Brunch, and my husband had a screwdriver. We waited over an hour, and then the owner came out and yelled for all patrons with alcoholic drinks to come on the patio. The patio is incredibly small and crowded. My husband was not on the patio but was right next to it. An older man yelled at him to get on the patio with his drink. He identified himself as "[redacted]" and said he was an employee. He continued to verbally berate my husband in front of staff and patrons. He then threatened to punch my husband in the face. At that point my husband went in to get the owner. The owner didn't do anything to resolve the issue. When our table was ready, we went into the restaurant. As we did, one of the cooks asked my husband if everything was ok, and he told him that it was not, that he had been threatened outside. At this point another cook stepped up and said, It's a good thing you didn't mess with him, because that's my father in law. When I found out that my husband had been threatened by not one, but two employees - I took my kids and left the restaurant. We then called the police and talked to them about how we were treated, and they went to go speak to the owner and "[redacted]" and his son in law. Not one person cared about us, our experience, our safety, the fact that it was mothers day, that my kids were right there....none of it. I'm disgusted that a place like this stays in business while customers are threatened and verbally abused by their staff. I would like you to investigate this thug "[redacted]" as well as his son in law, who appears to be a line cook, and well as the owner - who clearly isn't concerned for the safety and well being of his customers.Desired Settlement: I would like a response back from the Revdex.com that outlines Millie's response to this complaint.
