We have been using Insight for years now. They have helped us with our IRS problems, and were able to get the amount the IRS said we owed down. We can finally see the light thanks to Insight! They have stayed on top of our issues, and we can not imagine going through all this without them. We had tried to use another service before finding Insight, and it was a mess. Thanks Insight for all the wonderful work you guys have done for us. Customer service is Great! Hopefully after we finish with the IRS, we won't have any more issues, but if we do, we will absolutely use Insight again.

This company has repeatedly harassed my wife at work in regards to our tax situation. I called them to get them to stop and a super rude jerk was evasive and very difficult and then hung up on me.
It is the kind of ambulance chasing mentality that gives a lot of the tax consultants a really bad reputation.
We are working now with a company that is COMPLETELY different and if you need tax help I would avoid these guys.
