We do not agree with the [redacted] statementWe did not put the scratches on her washerIt was brought to the shop to do the repairs and returnedI attached the receipt that was given to them on the date of service which was 11/10/14, it says will callWe always call the customer to let them know if anything extra needs to be done before it is doneMr[redacted] called and talked to [redacted] on November 19th and they talked about what [redacted] was replacing and the amount that was due on delivery which was Saturday the 22ndThank you, Milligan's Appliances%

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe front of my washer was in excellent shape when Milligan's came and picked it upThe broke the hose holder clip off of it when they were taking it out my front door when they picked it upAsk the tech that picked it up and he will tell you he didSo, before they even got out of my house my machine was damagedWhen I inquired to the same tech about the damage that my washer received when he brought it back he agreed that the large major scratch was not there when he picked it upHe said it must have been rubbed up against something in the shop or the truckWhen I called the office, they told me to email my pictures of the damage, however no one returned an answer on my scratches until I actually emailed them backThat is again poor customer serviceThen I was told to should have taken pictures of my unit BEFORE they picked it upWhy, because you knew that you may damage itI have never taken pictures of anything I have had fixed and nothing has ever been returned damagedOn the bill situation, what Milligan's has included was an estimate of when the salesman came out to my home and gave me an estimateWe were never provided a complete invoice or bill at the time of the delivery of my washerThey just had written on a piece of paper that that we owed $as a balanceI asked for a bill of all of the work completed from the Tech and he said write your email on this estimate and I will have them email you a completed invoice with all the work completed when they get into the office on MondayThey delivered y washer on Saturday, so I gave them $w/o a proper invoice or anything that said paid in full in cashThat was when the tech noticed the scratches and he told me to take pictures and email them as wellI have included a copy of my email about the scratches as wellI also called Monday morning immediately to inquire about a paid in full bill and an invoice to show what work was completed along with any type of warranty info and it was sent to me via emailSo, if I received a detailed bill like Milligan's says, then why did they send it to me email, days AFTER they brought my washer backThey didn't scratch my washer either, right! When *** called to set up the appointment she was told at that time the labor fee would be $because she specifically asked if we had a set rate. We set her service call up for May 12th for the time window of 1-4pm. When *** called Chelsea apologized multiple times for
the technician's careless behavior and not cleaning up the mess around the dryer but was told an apology isn't what she wantedShe wanted to be refunded so she could get her dress cleaned. The technician was asked if he washed his hands and he said noThe only time he was close to the sink was to move the washer to make sure he could access everything he needed to on the dryerChelsea did not call *** a liarShe was told the technician would not lie to Chelsea about washing his handsWe do not believe we should be responsible for the cost of cleaning ***'s dress Thank you, Milligan's Appliances

We do not believe we are responsible for scratches on the washerI'm sorry that she misheard the service technician but he never said that the scratches were made by us
