them on the date of service which was 11/10/14, it says will call. We always call the customer to let them know if anything extra needs to be done before it is done. Mr.[redacted] called and talked to [redacted] on November 19th and they talked about what [redacted] was replacing and the amount that was due on delivery which was Saturday the 22nd.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The front of my washer was in excellent shape when Milligan's came and picked it up. The broke the hose holder clip off of it when they were taking it out my front door when they picked it up. Ask the tech that picked it up and he will tell you he did. So, before they even got out of my house my machine was damaged. When I inquired to the same tech about the damage that my washer received when he brought it back he agreed that the large major scratch was not there when he picked it up. He said it must have been rubbed up against something in the shop or the truck. When I called the office, they told me to email my pictures of the damage, however no one returned an answer on my scratches until I actually emailed them back. That is again poor customer service. Then I was told to should have taken pictures of my unit BEFORE they picked it up. Why, because you knew that you may damage it. I have never taken pictures of anything I have had fixed and nothing has ever been returned damaged.
On the bill situation, what Milligan's has included was an estimate of when the salesman came out to my home and gave me an estimate. We were never provided a complete invoice or bill at the time of the delivery of my washer. They just had written on a piece of paper that that we owed $345 as a balance. I asked for a bill of all of the work completed from the Tech and he said write your email on this estimate and I will have them email you a completed invoice with all the work completed when they get into the office on Monday. They delivered y washer on Saturday, so I gave them $345 w/o a proper invoice or anything that said paid in full in cash. That was when the tech noticed the scratches and he told me to take pictures and email them as well.
I have included a copy of my email about the scratches as well. I also called Monday morning immediately to inquire about a paid in full bill and an invoice to show what work was completed along with any type of warranty info and it was sent to me via email. So, if I received a detailed bill like Milligan's says, then why did they send it to me email, 2 days AFTER they brought my washer back.
They didn't scratch my washer either, right!
Their customer service is horrible and obviously they have lied in their report of what happened and what they provided me.

We feel if you don't have pictures of the units before pick up and delivery that we cannot be held responsible for the scratches.

We do not believe we are responsible for scratches on the washer. I'm sorry that she misheard the service technician but he never said that the scratches were made by us.
