I spent $400 per 42" handicap birch interior doors. Every door has defect. Both Milikin and Menards' refuse to address quality issues. Doors will go back and I will pay restock fee instead of keeping inferior products. I would think twice before using either of these companies.

Review: I ORDERED A DOOR THROUGH [redacted]'S (A MILLIKEN MILLWORKS DOOR) AND THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL IT AND REALISED THE SWITCH FOR THE INTERNAL MINI BLINDS WAS ON THE WRONG SIDE(THE OUTSIDE). THE INSTALLER FROM [redacted]'S CONTACTED MILLIKEN AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE ERROR. AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO SCHEDULE THE NEW WINDOW REPLACEMENT THEY FINALLY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME. WHEN THE GENTLEMAN CAME TO INSTALL THE NEW WINDOW WE NOTICED A PIECE OF DIRT BETWEEN THE PANES OF GLASS.

HE PUT IN AN ORDER FOR A REPLACEMENT AND A COUPLE OF TIMES TOLD ME WHEN IT SHOULD ARRIVE. DIDN'T HERE FROM HIM OR ANYBODY AFTER HIS ESTIMATED TIME IT WOULD BE DELIVERED. TRIED TO CONTACT HIM AND HE NEVER RESPONDED TO MY MESSAGES. I CALLED [redacted]'S AND SHORTLY AFTER I HEARD FROM MILLIKEN REP. WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR JUNE 20TH AND THE GUY ARRIVED WITH THE NEW GLASS INSERT. HE TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX AND SAID THEY ORDERED THE WRONG INSERT. MY ORIGINAL GLASS HAD GRIDS. THIS ONE DIDN'T.Desired Settlement: 3 TIMES TO GET A DOOR CORRECT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WOULD THINK THEY WOULD TRY TO COMPENSATE

FINANCIALLY FOR THEIR THEIR INEPTNESS. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER MILLIKEN MILLWORKS DOOR OR ANY DOOR FROM [redacted]'S.............................

Review: We built a brand new house in 2011-2012. The doors were all bought new for the home from milliken millworks. we bought 2 french doors that both open from the inside. 2 fancy doors and 1 french door that only 1 side opens. the 2 french doors that both open leak air, we heard whistling and had frost and ice build up between doors. the 1 fancy door and the 1 french door with only 1 side that opens intiially leaked water from the glass not being sealed properly. we noticed this problem in dec 2012. a door was replaced in april 2013. they are supposed to replace 2 of the doors oct 2013. We normally keep our home at 75 degrees in the winter. the cold air leaking all winter we had to run the fire place and also a heater in the bedroom because it was cold at night and we had an infant son this winter and I was worried about the coldness.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to install all new doors and also to have my money back because I am sure the new doors will also leak and I need to have my house warm.
