[redacted]Tracking shows delivered to front door- [redacted] is saying that she never received her package and that she lives in a mobile home- where her package could've been misplaced or stolen. She also claimed that she was out of town and wasn't able to receive her package successfully. Our concern is that if you are waiting for an expensive package, why wouldn't you be home during the time tracking says it will be delivered? We tried our best to work with her and provided her with advice. We mentioned to file a claim with her local post office and maybe see if her FedEx driver was aware of where this package is. We went back and forth in communication and I told her that there was no way we could file a return or reship her goods. It states on our policies that we do not refund our professional tanning systems, which is what she purchased.We did our part as a seller and successfully delivered her package to her provided address. At this point we do not know how this could be our fault. I understand her situation is unfortunate but we tried everything we could with her.Please let me know if there is anything else you need from our endThank you

Review: I received package 1 from Million Dollar Tan on 5/15/14. That evening I tried it out on several models. On both models (second model doing extra dark tan). The machine sprayed such a fine mist (even after adjusting the setting on the back as recommended) it was getting everywhere causing myself as well as my model to cough uncontrollably. I've used other machines and there is way too much over spray with this machine. The next day the model called to tell me the product (that looked fine upon her leaving) but had washed out of her skin after bathing. I drove over to take a look at her and it looked like she hadn't gotten sprayed at all. I then went to see my second model. It looked like I barely sprayed her (this model was sprayed much heavier than first). After the second models second bath she reported the product was completely gone. Being unhappy with the machine making me cough & with the poor staying power of the solution I decided this wasn't the product for me. I called the company that evening (Friday), they were closed. I called Monday & spoke to Emily who said that I needed to click on the terms & conditions page to see that they weren't standing behind there product or offering any returns or refunds. I was upset and told her I was NOT taking no for an answer bc CA Law clearly states, yes businesses can make up there own return policies, however if it is strict (under 7 days) they MUST state conspicuously by the product, on receipts, emails, ect. No representative disclosed that this item was non refundable. Only after having complaints they directed me to the terms & conditions page. I am worried about my respiratory health & clients if I'm forced to keep this machine. I spoke with Lindsey today 5/20/14 who claimed I was 'hollering' and very 'hostile.' Lindsey is upset because I told them I will file (a formal complaint) with the CA Attorney General. Lindsey STILL doesn't want to refund me or stand behind her product. Owner wants to speak to her attorney first, have yet to hear.Desired Settlement: Refund of package 1 purchase (willing to pay a 10% re-stocking fee).
