We scheduled for 2 cars to be delivered from Maryland to Florida. They were scheduled to be delivered on Monday. We confirmed prior that they would accept payment using Zelle. The first car arrived Monday. They drove the car to the destination address and the driver said they do not accept Zelle. He stated that the other driver does.
Eventually they accepted Zelle. He said that the other vehicle was right behind him. Tuesday came and still no car. We called and there was no answer.
Wednesday he called and said he was coming. He stated that he does not know what the other guy was saying, but he does not take Zelle. The other guy is his employee.
He also parked the car 1 mile away and refused to deliver the car the delivery address. I explained that I have a fracture and I cannot walk there. His response was that he has a million dollars worth of cars and he cannot leave them. He also stated that he only took my cars because he has room and my car is not as important as the other cars. When we listed the job he wanted the job; he called several times almost begging that we give him the job. His terms and conditions stated that he will drop off the car at the destination address and he refused to do that. I had to take a Lyft to his truck. He wanted me to walk down a busy 4 lane street to meet him. I refused. He finally agreed to meet me in the parking lot. He then refused to allow me to see the car unless I sign saying it was in good condition.
He did give me a $60 credit for my trouble.
I will not use this company again. Their customer service is lacking as well as their integrity.

New Suzuki GSXR motorcycle transported from NY to FL delivered damaged. Driver dropped motorcycle on its side inside of carrier trying to remove strap
Millionaire Auto Transport picked up my motorcycle on Friday 5-19-19. I made it completely clear that my motorcycle was completely spotless and in showroom condition. Driver agreed and said it was in good hands. ***, the transport truck driver, took pictures and a video to show there was absolutely no damage and marked accordingly on the transport invoice. Millionaire Auto Transport arrived in Florida the very next day and notified my fiance that he would arrive to the destination at 8am on Sunday 5-19-19. Upon arrival he unloaded the first vehicle into the driveway and started unstrapping the motorcycle inside the carrier. My fiance watching the whole time and said to me, "your motorcycle is on it's side inside of the truck and it's rocking back and forth on its side" The driver gets the bike in an upright position and brings the motorcycle down from the 2nd floor of the truck. The motorcycle is destroyed from laying on it's side. Covered in cracks and scratches, the truck driver get a cloth and wax and rubs profusely to remove the damage. At this point my fiance is taking pictures and pointing out all of the damage and the driver is saying that he did not damage the motorcycle in the places that she is pointing out. She ask to see the video of when it was picked up and *** said there is no video or pictures. Now he is demanding to collect $1100 for the delivery. My fiance refuses to pay for a damaged vehicle so the driver loads the motorcycle back up and is threatening to take possession of the motorcycle instead of releasing. I called the local police department, whom showed up and said this is a civil matter and refused to even write an incident report for my insurance company. I had my insurance company on the phone saying that they need this report and the police refused to do so. So now I'm on the phone with *** of Millionaire Auto Transport whom is laughing at me and taking my concern very lightly. The police officer called *** as well and put him on speakerphone, this time my fiance, the truck driver and I can hear *** speaking to the officer. He was speaking completely different saying that he will completely repair the motorcycle, he will have it transported to a Suzuki authorized shop in Ft. Lauderdale and has connections there. It will be repaired to perfect condition and returned to destination, upon approval the I will then pay the driver $1100. The driver at the point completely unprofessional and extremely rude to my fiance, he even threw his pen down on her own person car causing damage to it as well and using profanity. She wanted a copy of the video that was just taken of the damage and would not send it to her. Long story short, today, X-XX-XX the bike was suppose to arrive at the authorized Suzuki repair facility, I called there and no bike nor have they every heard of *** or his company. Instead this was all a ploy just to put my motorcycle on their impound lot 4 hours away. Now they will not release it unless I pay $1200 which goes up everyday. Their insurance company will not help me and now I'm trying to go through my insurance company to repair my bike, however this company will not release my motorcycle of which they are the reason it is destroyed. It has been one lie after another and the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life.

Desired Outcome

I want this bike to be repaired to its original perfect condition as it was when it was received by this transport company. I want a Suzuki repair facility to complete a full inspection as this bike has never been in the hands of another unauthorized person.

has exaggerated every aspect of the transportation of his vehicles with our company. *** has harassed me via phone and email to the point where I had to contact the police! Even after the police visited his residence, he was rude to the officers and continued to call and email me after he was told to stop. Not only is *** rude, he is a racist. He threatened death on me. The broker is a witness to this. Our drivers are professional and courteous and the verbal abuse *** and his fiance spewed against us was completely uncalled for. Our insurance company would not help him because they knew he was fraudulently attempting to file a claim with no merit or basis. The police would not help him because they knew he called them thinking they were going to make us give him the bike without paying. After all his unnecessary harassment and anguish, he paid for the transport in full as well as storage fees caused by his ignorance. Millionaire Auto was not liable or responsible for any of his false claims.

I do not accept the response. The police never visited my residence as I was living in NY. *** had a fake police officer call my cell phone in NY and read me the *** rights from ***'s cell phone number. As for being racist, I am not racist, however, if you view previous complaints to the Revdex.com, you will find that he has reported on similar cases when he has damaged other customer's property then claims that the customer is *** so he doesn't have to pay for damages to the the vehicle. No damage has been exaggerated, as one vehicle repairs cost is at $6000 and the other vehicle at $1000. The driver was very rude to my fiance and she had to call the police to mitigate the situation. The police witnessed the signing of a contract to bring the vehicle to a repair facility and upon completion of repair of the vehicle would be returned, inspected and delivery charge would be paid in full. This is all recorded on the police officer's body cam with *** on the phone and the driver present as a witness. *** has been caught on numerous illegal business practices which will be pursued via court as suggested by Owens own ignorance.

At this point it's obvious *** believes his own lies. He starts all kinds of problems then plays the victim when he didn't get what he wanted. He thought the police would be on his side. They weren't. He thought my insurance company would pay whatever he wanted. He was wrong. *** claims he's not a racist but what undercover racist is really going to admit to being a racist? I no longer wish to go back and forth with *** because he can't admit to his wrongs nor can he tell the truth.

I do not accept this response for many reasons.
First off let's clear up who is the liar here. I do not have any cease and desist cases against me in New York or Florida. I worked for the New York State police while this incident happened. Have *** send in police documents with badge numbers and case numbers in both states that he claims I have these charges filed. And he won't because he is a liar. Also *** had a friend call me from his business phone and claim that he is a police officer, and once I told him I work for the police he hung up on me. Also more lies. He even had the nerve to read me my Miranda rights over the phone which is illegal as well, but since it was all lies we can just chalk that up to harassment don to me yet again by ***. Owens insurance company paid both of my claims for the two vehicles that he destroyed in his fly by night truck which wasn't even his trailer because he's not a legitimate transportation business. He out sourced a driver and that driver destroyed two of my vehicles. Again the proof is in my insurance claims paid by Owens insurance company. As far as racism goes I'll state it again, if you look on the Revdex.com webpage pertaining to his company (millionaire auto transport) you will find he accuses every white or Chinese person of bieng racist after he destroys their property. *** should act like a real man and pay for what he has destroyed. The only way I will settle is if he pays back to me in person my deductibles for both vehicles he damaged, and pays the depreciation of both vehicles to me in person to make up for what will be lost financially upon the resale of both vehicles he destroyed. Also if *** does not stop with the accurizations of racism towards me I will sue him for deformation of character as I already hired an attorney to handle this matter further. I expect a response in a timely fashion and I demand this to be permanently posted on Revdex.com to warn others of how horrible and unprofessional *** is of Millionaire Auto Transport!

I had a great experience with Millionaire Auto Transport. The owner was professional and delivered my car in a timely manner. I would not trust my Maserati with any other company!

Has Absconded with my car
Basically stole my car - he arrived to deliver my car on 15 minutes notice (no exaggeration) I was on a call so couldn't call him right back. When I did get him, he told me to walk out of development (1/2 mile) to get it. When I asked him to drop it right behind house, he refused and left with my car and is now holding it hostage. Do not use Millionaire Auto Transport or *** under any circumstance.

Desired Outcome

I want my car back and all fees waived. They've now had my car for over week, and I've been forced to undertake a variety of actions, including filing a law suit.

(customer) is not telling the full truth. We attempted to deliver his car to the address he provided. Keep in mind our truck is an 18 wheeler, not a tow truck. We called *** and he did not answer. He calls back 25 minutes later. We advised him the truck cannot drive into his complex. He immediately becomes irate and demands we drive into the complex. After we further explain why we cant drive to his door we ask him to come out to where we are in front of his complex and he refuses. He claims the less than half mile walk from his door to the complex entrance is too far. He then demands we deliver the car to a different address. Our contract states we only deliver to the address on the contract. *** is now being disrespectful and belligerent. Screaming that we need to deliver his car to his door. Since he claims to be a lawyer, he should know better to read the contracts he signs. The contract clearly states if the car is not accepted by the customer, we have the right to leave with the car and bring it to our storage yard in South Florida. We had no more time to waste with *** as we had other deliveries. Waiting for him for over an hour at this point is unacceptable. Not to mention the check he pre paid us with bounced! We took the car back to Florida. We have no reason to steal his car. That accusation is baseless as well as laughable. We abide by our contract and he was upset he didn't get his way. He did not realize he was dealing with the owner of the company and not an employee. It appears *** normally talks down to people he does not feel is on his level. *** then tried to defame our business by posting false reviews, including this complaint with Revdex.com. *** has had his car back in his possession for one month now. He had to hire a lawyer and take the appropriate steps to get the car back. We still have not been paid. That will be handled by the courts.

Millionaire Auto Transport was contracted to pick up 3 cars from *L to NY. Upon delivery, the client received a 2018 *ord Mustang with his 2 front tires with 10psi in each tire, and his 1940 *ord with a dead battery. No words on the 3rd car a 2018 Discovery... We called to follow up and complain about the issues, and the owner Mr. did not see anything wrong with delivering a car that he deflated the 2 front tires and left the keys on and killed the battery on the second car, then had no explanation on the status and location of the 3rd car, other than the vehicle was on a different transporter. 8 days later he delivers the car on a flat bed (we paid for a enclosed service not open). Then the owner Mr *** sent a text: *#$@ *** ! Great way to conduct business and very stupid to put that in a text, because its now documented. Breach of contract and was 100% rude and very unprofessional.

Refund A refund would be more than fair, so that we can purchase a manual on manners and on how to run a professional business, for him to have as a kind gesture.

The person who wrote this review is a racist, on picking up these vehicles there was a different tone from what was expressed on the phone as soon as I showed up and he saw my skin color. Firstly my business consists of 2 enclosed trailers. Two of the cars was on one of the trailer and the Land Rover was on the other. One of the cars was inoperable had to jump it from pick up. The car was given to us with low air pressure. The reason why the vehicle was delivered by a local flatbed operator was because there was no one there on the first attempted delivery. I had to pay extra for the re delivery fee and the extra storage to which I did not charge the customer. The owner of the vehicles was very appreciative that no extra fees were charged and said cars were in great shape, however the owner of dealer countlessly called with racial slurs including the N word and being very disrespectful after I went over and beyond for him.
