I work in the US and live in Canada. There was a sign stating that this company can complete both the US and Canadian taxes. I had *** complete my taxes. My assessment came back and it stated that I owed Canada Revenue over $50, 000! *** told me that if I had any problems to bring the assessment and paperwork to him, which I did. He has yet to fix my tax return. I went for a second opinion who pointed out the many egregious mistakes on my tax return. I paid *** for a service, trusting him to complete it properly. Many of my calls and emails have not been returned. I have left multiple messages with his assistant. This is a gross representation of tax preparation. Beware!
Refund I would like the money that I paid *** to prepare my taxes returned in full!!!!

I had a meeting with Ms. on Friday.I explained it to her that there was absolutely no mistake on my part in the tax preparation.Even at the time of preparation I pointed out to her that there is a discrepancy in on of her tax document which will likely create some problems later and I told her that I will fix them as they arise.
I have have been traveling due to some family issues so couldn't meet with her in spite of trying. But in the meanwhile I send CRA a request for authorization so that I can represent her. Some other tax preparer misled her that I made some mistakes while filing her return and I answered her each and every questions regarding the doubts she had about her tax return.
I have refunded her the fee I charged for Canadian tax returns and told her that I am available to solve this issue with Canada Revenue Agency.
