Millis cleaning service has horrible customer serviceNon-professional and inappropriate ways of doing businessDo not recommend this companyThey will cancel service instead of resolving issuesManager doesn't return phone calls to explain why service is being cancelledWe have hard water which causes mold to accumulate on the tile and groutMy husband also gets dirt stuck in the grout after he mowsIt's really just one small section/area where this dirt and mold formsWhen I tried to explain to the worker that the only way I've normally been able to get it off is by spraying foam on the grout line and scrubbing it with a grout brush and told her it didn't seem to come up all the way last time she cleaned so I had asked if she could try something more powerful and start with the shower since it's the hardest thing in house to clean and that would give the smell time to settleShe proceeded to say that she can only use water or windex and said that the tile cleaner is too toxic to clean withEven though she proceeded to use the tile cleaner anywaysShe also said that she was going to call her boss and that I may need to find someone else to clean my houseAll of this over one small area that I asked for a little more attention to be focused on since its the most difficult spot to clean in entire houseThis was also the main reason I pay for house cleaningAs the tile cleaner required to get the spots up are too strong for my sinuses and allergiesBasically the rest of the house pretty much stays clean and she's even made comments in past about how easy our house is to clean because it so cleanYet if a customer voices a concern about something that is difficult to clean this company will ignore the customer and cancel service instead of trying to address the concernVery poor customer service and uncalled forI would not recommend this companyThey are not very professional and they are defiantly not customer service orientedI find it hard to believe that our shower is too dirty for them to keep clean on a monthly basisThe cleaners that did the initial cleaning had no issues cleaning our showerThey are a cleaning companyI would think that grout dirt and shower mildew are common things that need to be cleaned in a shower?
