I had a scheduled appointment for a tune up on my ac between 3-7pm, nobody showed up, so I called and got the answering service who told me someone would call me after they page them to let me know what was going on. I never received a call either. I then called Saturday & got the answering service, at this point my outside condenser was not turning on & only hot air was coming into our home. I told the answering service that along with that I really need someone to come out as I have two young children & we can't go without air. The answering service then said they would contact the technician & have them call me. Well again I got no call & after two hours I called a great company [redacted]. There answering service had someone paged and they were at my home within the hour. Problem was fixed! I called Tuesday & was given a generic excuse, that they called me & left a message, well what happened Saturday when I needed someone to come out, would not recommend them ever.
Mills Air customer service was professional all the way from the secretary to their technician. Getting an appointment was easy and the staff was friendly. The technician was very knowledgeable and made all the necessary repairs, without trying to up sell me. He took the time to explain my new thermostat and showed me exactly what the issue was and what he did to fix it. My house is cooling faster and more efficiently than ever before. When all was said and done, the price was more than reasonable. I have used them in the past, and I will definitely use them in the future. Overall, another great experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
