In response to this Guest complaint by Ms [redacted] , we submit the following information and details based on our thorough research and investigation In speaking with our Customer Care Manager, Dawn [redacted] , she was aware of several requests from Ms [redacted] to remove her from our mailing listsWe indeed did remove Ms [redacted] from all known internal systems that generate emails and letters to our Guests and CustomersWe together spoke to our marketing Manager, Ian [redacted] , to further investigate how this could still be happening Ian [redacted] discovered that a 3rd party vendor, which we utilize for tramailings, had been adding people to our mailing list database using a DMV search They were adding Ms [redacted] ’s information to the mailers, even after we had deleted itWe informed them to immediately remove Ms [redacted] from any further mailingThey assured us that this would be taken care of We certainly want to express our apologies to Ms [redacted] for any inconvenience, and we believe this will be taken care of going forwardAs an extra added measure, we will periodically check our records and also the 3rd party vendor’s records, to ensure that Ms [redacted] has not been inadvertently added again
