These people are probably the same as the old "***" always three surnames in the title of a collection agency from Florida area codes Their scam is to get you hire them to collect past due accounts You will never see a penny!
Don't trust cold call collection agency calls from anyone If you need collections, call a local collection agency

They contacted us saying that they could collect any unpaid debts for us. We said that we might be interested,until we heard the details. We did give them the name of the person that owed us money before we realized something was not quite right. Never signed any contracts with them. They proceeded to contact the person that owed us money and treatened them to pay. So the person paid them and we never saw a penny. Not sure what our next step should be, any suggestions?

phone contact to sell their services on bad debt recovery. they contacted my customers and harassed them until they were convinced to pay some portion of a bill. I have had no contact with them after two customers did pay a portion of their bill, I had no knowledge of this action until today, the phone number for m-b-n is no longer valid.
