Never receive a call back. NO one ever gets my emails. Asked to speak to a supervisor and still haven't received a call back. Need to work on customer service skills.

our office manager have communicated to Mrs *** that Mills Escrow is not responsible for her failing to let us know that the taxes was not paid, we have reached out to the City of El Paso tax office and we talked to Ms. the Tax Deputy and she informed us that they mailed two notices to Mrs *** in regards the property tax in no time she shared that information with us. I have attached the email where *** responded to her requests so her sending the same notification over and over will not change the fact that her failure to notify us will result in us be responsible on the penalty

I was informed by this situation when I recieved my new mtg coupons from my new escrow company Texstar. When I noticed my mtg increase I immediatley called and spoke to *** which time she notified me my 2017 property taxes had not been paid and now inhad incureed fees.I never ever reciwved any letter from the tax office nor anyone else like I states as well to Ms.. Sngie e-mailed me the letter I supoosedly was sent. I called *** and he explianed to me the situation. I asked him if they had sent any lwtter to my physicsl address , he stated no . I went to speak to Ms. at tax office and she gave me a timeline of the incident. She told me Mills Escrow had requested the refund so they sent it to them in Jan 2018. She also told me Mills escrow dropped the ball and should have investigated if there was indeed an overage instead of requesting a refund. Mills Escrow has been my company for 8 years never have I paid my mortgage late had an NSF fee always made my payments on time and their monthly fee the charge for handling my acccount which they are paid to do their job for the consumer. They have to be aware of any overages like in this case and investigate the situation and handle the accounts and ascertain it will not in no way affect the consumer. If I had recieved any letter from the tax office I would have motified *** by all means, as I have demonsrated my reliablity in making all my paymentds accoordingly *** am certain the escrow companies encounter incidents like this one and should know to conduct a complete thorough investigation before requesting a refund. I paid my taxes and insurance each month and It is not my fault this did not happen as it was supposed to. I feel the Mills Escrow is responsible for this as they are they ones the requested the refund .!! I work hard for my money and my mortgsge and. a "I am sorry for the inconvience ", is not a acceptable answer !!! I am demanding Mills Escrow pay the late fees in which are incurring fees each month that passes by!

As we shared earlier the borrower in fact received a notice of tax delinquency from the tax office since they are the party involved and they have the responsibility of communicating any issue to us which they failed according to our contract she is responsible (attached is a copy) in addition her claim that she was never behind on her account is inaccurate to the contrary she was sent to collection through an attorney multiple times

Paid lot(land) in full based on payoff provided by *** escrow... was told by *** comp of a reserve balance owed $192.50 and only sent $42.50.
On Oct 22, 2018 I payed in full $19,995.46 for lot(land) 1157 *** Circle based on the payoof amount advised by *** Escrow Company.... after making the full payment I was advised by *** Escrow that I was going to receive a check back for $192.50 that was a reserve balance to pay for land taxes of 2018..... I was told to come back on Friday Oct 26 to pick up the check and when I arrived they said they made a mistake and had sent it via US Mail.... I waited for two weeks and received nothing.... went back to office and they said they were going to check and make sure the check had not been cashed and told me to just wait for it in the mail.... on November 3rd I received a check for only $42.50 (which is not what the paperwork submitted from *** escrow stated.... I went to their office and they very unproffesional said that is what you are getting and that was it.... I feel this in not correct and the way they acted is not correct...

Desired Outcome

For *** Escrow to refund the full amount of the Reserve Balance.

Mrs. Claim is inaccurate the 192.50 she is referring to in her complaints is our fees, I have attached a copy of the payoff letter that was provided to her on the 18th of October which showes those figures, should you need anything else please let me know
