This complaint (***) has been resolved. They have agreed to refund the latches. However, the woman I spoke to was more interested in defending their business and telling me how disappointed she was in me for “turning them in” to the Revdex.com than she was in apologizing for
our inconvenience. She basically wanted the blame to be on us. However, their lack of response and communication was the only reason I reported them. I got tired of going round and round without resolution. I have never reported a business before because I am an easy going person! I understand things happen, but in this case, Mills dropped the ball and couldn’t admit it. Anyway, please mark this issue as resolved

Ms. [redacted] received traditional gate latches, but she desired a specialty latch that she saw online. Therefore, we graciously allowed her to keep the traditional latches.
