I am rejecting this response because The dealer is lying about the amount of days that passed before we complained of the hail damageIt was the second day we seen the damage and brought the vehicle in for them to look at itI believe this was a fair time to be able to get damage reimbursement back or to give vehicle backNot the days or so they are sayingAgain I am concerned about damage that can occur down the road from paint letting loose after repairs and the fact they can only make as good as possible and any damage they can't fix is on usAgain that is wrong because we did not pay a good price for a vehicle that had hail damageWe were told all was perfect and got a damage report from them stating it was damage free

In response to this Guest complaint by Mr*** ***, we submit the following information and details based on our research, investigation, and recallMr*** selected and agreed to purchase his Honda CRV from Mills Honda in Baxter, MN on 12/07/He came into the Mills Honda
dealership on 12/09/and spoke to Aaron ***, his Sales Consultant, about hail damage he discovered on the vehicleWe honestly were not aware of any hail damage to this vehicle until Mr*** brought it to our attentionMr*** told Aaron *** that he wanted compensation of $3,000, as this is what the he estimates it will cost to get it repairedAaron *** told Mr*** that he was not in a position to make that decision, and would bring this to the Used Vehicle Manager’s attention. Dane ***, Sales Manager, spoke to Mr*** sometime between the 15th and 30th of December 2016, stating we were working on a solution for his concern. Mr*** came in to the Mills Honda dealership on 12/30/and spoke to Matt ***, Mills Honda General Manager. After some dialogue, Mr*** asked if he could give the vehicle back to usThe answer from Matt *** was no; as days had passed since the sale had been completed and processed, and at that point it is too late to unwind a dealMr*** stated he wanted compensation of $3,for the damageMatt *** stated that we wanted to repair the hail damage to the vehicle in order to resolve thisMr*** wanted Matt *** to provide a 100% guarantee that every single dent would be removed & that the car would look perfectMatt *** said he could not guarantee that it would look perfect, however we would do our best to get every dent out & that it would look like a Honda CRVMr*** agreed to this resolution, and Matt *** told him that we would get back to him to schedule a repair date & time Aaron *** left messages for Mr*** regarding scheduling the repair; once sometime between 12/30/and 01/09/2017, and again on 01/09/On Monday 01/09/2017, Mr*** wife, ***, came into the Mills Honda dealership to get her vehicle washed, as we had promised her we would doMatt *** spoke to *** and asked her if (Mike) had a chance to talk to Aaron (***) yet about setting up a time to get their repair done, as Aaron had left Mike a couple messagesShe said she didn’t know if Mike had or not, and would let her husband know when she sees him. Today, 01/18/2017, Matt *** called for Mr*** at 3:PMThey spoke, and Matt *** asked if he had gotten our messages, and/or if his wife had mentioned to him to call usMr*** stated yes he had and asked what it was aboutMatt *** said we are trying to schedule a date and time to get your hail damage fixed on your vehicleMr*** asked Matt *** if he could get back to Matt as he needed to check his work scheduleMatt *** responded yes, and to get back to him as soon as possible. We are continuing to attempt to rectify this concern, by scheduling a repair visit for Mr*** to remove the hail damage from his vehicle. We are stating this offer and information clearly again, so Mr*** can also see this offer and information through this documented Revdex.com response processAt this time, Mr*** has stated he will call us back to schedule the repair, after he checks his work scheduleOur intent and desire is to schedule a repair visit to remove the hail damage as best as can be professionally doneWe have a professional paintless dent service that operates out of our state of the art collision center in Baxter, which completes hail damage repairs successfully on a regular basis

replacement of the cabin filter. We are including a check for $110 with the certified letter. The letter and check are being mailed out today.

I am rejecting this response because The dealer is lying about the amount of days that passed before we complained of the hail damage. It was the second day we seen the damage and brought the vehicle in for them to look at it. I believe this was a fair time to be able to get damage reimbursement back or to give vehicle back. Not the 21 days or so they are saying. Again I am concerned about damage that can occur down the road from paint letting loose after repairs and the fact they can only make as good as possible and any damage they can't fix is on us. Again that is wrong because we did not pay a good price for a vehicle that had hail damage. We were told all was perfect and got a damage report from them stating it was damage free. .
