Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I WAS quoted business days for completion and told the parts were in stock which is why I was told business days for the PDR, and paint workI dropped off my truck, and [redacted] reported insurance commonly threatens to end rental coverage which they actually provide up to days coverage of which should have been a warningI was told the work could begin as early as that weekend, or the following Monday as [redacted] was invited to be in a friends weddingI agreed starting the next week was acceptable, but work did not start on the part of [redacted] for almost months as I statedInsurance paid [redacted] for the windshield despite [redacted] being responsible for the damage as it was perfect when truck was dropped off with him which the insurance inspection documents [redacted] initially reported to [redacted] that I had signed a waiver of liability for possible glass damages and when I informed [redacted] that was and [redacted] requested that form [redacted] could not provide itI DID NOT agree to have the work done in shop nor could I agree to it as [redacted] admitted he was not skilled in working with glass and needed to call another company to have the work done which is why the cracked windshield was still on my truckI requested that [redacted] come to my house to avoid needing to wait at his shop nor did I feel it necessary to drive to New Braunfels when everyone knows [redacted] will come install where the customer needs [redacted] agreed he would request they come to my house and update me later that day or the next, BUT AFTER waiting weeks for [redacted] to make that simple pone call and no updates as to the status I called [redacted] to inquire and informed [redacted] had not even called them onceI was forced to call [redacted] myself to schedule the windshield to be replaced and provided the details to [redacted] AND [redacted] but again had to reach out almost daily for a week before they finally respondedI was told by ***( [redacted] Wife) that they had contacted [redacted] to pay by credit card when [redacted] came out to replace the windshieldAfter [redacted] informed me no payment was made by [redacted] told [redacted] they were mailing a check, then after no check came in for weeks [redacted] reported [redacted] was going to make payment by credit card, and never called back with the credit card information.I also took the piece to my dash as I was not happy with the long unexplained delays and not confident that [redacted] could even install correctly as he had cracked the windshield and admitted he was not skilled in working with glass(After damage was already done)I was not going to leave my truck there one more day as the past months were like pulling teeth for any progress from ***I was not told of the pieces missing from my back seat until I noticed them missing at home and had to ask for them, then never told when I could come pick them up despite asking several times via textI needed to text often as [redacted] never answers his phone or returns callsI also texted [redacted] about his being bad at his job and finding new issues in his work every day including needing to have a part replaced and resealed at the dealership due to not properly done by [redacted] and water was entering from the rear of cabWhat reason does [redacted] have for not placing the pieces back on to my back seat before I picked it up? I am rejecting this response because: Westlake Financial and I called the shop the other day and you told the representative in charge of claims that in your own words " The truck is being painted as we speak" I was on the other line hearing the conversation you had with herKnow you are saying it's going to take months for the paint to dryYou know the representative recorded you that day You said " It's being painted as we speak" Stop lyingWhere are you ordering parts from " China, Germany, Italy" My truck is a Ford, made here in the USTry using www.*** ***.com you will be surprised of the many websites availableSo don't lye about parts being on back orderYou all spent the money the insurance gave you all to fix our vehicleThe same with the other family who payed you for their car before us and have to wait till November to maybe get their carWell the good thing you did is actually put your lies in writingSo know the Revdex.com knows when you state my truck will be readySo come Decof I should be driving my painted truck around town with all its new parts ordered from all around the world And that's if my truck still runsI haven't driven it for months and adding more months to that is unbelievableMore than half a year to get a paint job and a windshiel replaced and a bumperWowI still can't imagine who referred our friends to your shopBecause of that lye we believed our friends tooSo much regreted.

These are the friends of the other complained Yes they brought there truck in but *** never told them anything about getting more money from the insurance company .They wanted us to call the insurance company and try to get other things fixed but *** told them it was prior damages the Inswould

All I can said about this anymore is we told the complaint husband was we had 3 other hail damged vehices here and the part were on back order at that time we are a small body shop so we are doing the best we can your friend can by the other day he told was to have it done by nov. 31 so yours will be done by dec 1 is the time it will be done because we are painting the whole vehlce so please understand your truck is not the only one here my husband is the only one done the work now , and on the deductible was taken out of the estimate because that is there part to pay you always have to pay the deductible call your insurance about that . thank you [redacted]

First of all this was a Hail Damage vehicle we never told him his vehicle would be done in 10 days we had problems from the begining to estimate was wrong from the begining  it was telling us to put the wrong roof on the vehicle so I had to do a supplement on that and [redacted] knew all about this...

then all the parts places were backed up it was hard for us to get parts and windshields we never left his vehicle uncovered we saved him his dec, the estimate was done by [redacted] guys not [redacted] the vehicle was taking the them first then they brought it to us we did not get paid for body work it was surposed to be [redacted] the only time the truck was out side was before the roof came in the insurance company told us [redacted] was not to bring the truck if it was driveable until all parts came in we did not know that but he did he and his friend brought the truck to us because they could not do it . We had to removed the windshild and rear window in order to put on new roof the is why the windshild but the insurance company understand they gave us 500.00 it do not matter what [redacted] charged us we are the ones paying for it he had No Right to call [redacted] we were surposed to do it threw the shop I told him this but he had no time to bring truck back He call [redacted] not us he refused to put on the new cowl until the windshield we told him tom come get his parts for the back seat everything was per two party estimate and he left from here happy told my husband he and his dad . This vehicle was brought to us because all the body shops in San Antonio were backed up for months they told him and we told him parts were on back order because of the hail damages. They brought the insurance check when they brought the vehicle in we never ask for it and they still have to pay the...

We have not lied to anyone we told them the truth from the begining .We never hide  from anyone if they come and [redacted] is painting I tell them he can not stop . we have had this business for 25 years we do not lie to our customers.The only people complaining are friends with this guy . And he said that my husbands brother told him my husband has been scamming people for years. This is not true my brother in law said you can call him. these people are lying and are become very mean . The work was completed on September 3rd(After I waited weeks for [redacted] to call [redacted]) and [redacted] had told me that they were going to pay [redacted] with Credit Card over the phone on the day of the work. [redacted] has been saying that they were going to pay for over 4 weeks now and still have not done so. With money already provided to [redacted] for the cost of the work and work completed there is no reason for the bill to have gone to collections. I just spoke with the [redacted] Corporate office who confirmed the bill has still not been paid. I requested to be immediately notified if/when it is paid.I will not accept [redacted] saying they are going to pay as that has been said many times now and not been done for over a month. These unacceptable delays were the reason I was forced to call [redacted] myself just to have the work scheduled. Again, if [redacted] was given the funds to pay [redacted] in August and [redacted] reports that they are going to pay, why on earth have they not made the simple phone call to do so in over 4 weeks?
