Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have received and reviewed your email.  It strikes me how quickly they have changed their tone once the Revdex.com has become involved.  If they do indeed record their calls, the gentleman I spoke with, who identified himself with two different names (one in the voicemail he left me and one in the phone call we had a short time later), was very rude and very deliberate about the Revdex.com not being able to "touch him".  I am not denying the debt exists.  I have that debt and I had been working with a [redacted] on the matter.  She is with a company called [redacted] (sic).  Her phone number is ###-###-####, but I am now getting word from my legal counsel that they may be not reputable as well.  According to information I have obtained, both the company I filed the original complaint with and this company that [redacted] works with are NOT legitimate.  Is there anyway you can investigate the legitimacy of BOTH of these companies??  I am more than willing to take care of the debt, but I will not give payment information to someone I am not comfortable with.  Neither company will send me written documentation of the debt.  I am a consumer trying to take care of a debt with [redacted], but I am extremely uneasy with the fact that TWO companies have come after me for the SAME debt and I am very uneasy with the entire situation!!  Clearly, two companies pursuing the SAME debt is not a normal debt collection practice.  Please let me know what you can do for me!!
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Review: Once again 2nd complaint filing again this date this company again called me and threathen me that I owe for somehting in which I dont please proscute to the fullest..... once again they called me and said a legal issue is being held against me this company is a total scam....They sent my employer a fax February ** 2015 asking for my withdrawl informaiton and I filed a complaint against this same company back in February 2015 not they are calling my place of employment again....Desired Settlement: I want a letter from your company that you will stop or try to stop these theives from contacting consumers innocent consumers of scaring them and saying they owe somehting that never took place and they say they they will come and have us arrested....Stop this company multiple phone lines this company is a fraduent company.

Review: This company contacted me in reference to a debt that I have already been paying on with another company. They have attempted to collect payment information from me and have failed to provide documentation on any type of payment arrangement. Online research indicates that they have contacted numerous individuals that do not have any outstanding debts in an attempt to collect. Many websites indicate that this company is attempting to collect funds using a scam. They have attempted to contact me from these numbers: ###-###-#### an ###-###-####. They have threatened me with legal action, up to and including criminal prosecution, with one man stating that I could be charged with a felony, when I have committed no crime whatsoever.Desired Settlement: I would like to them stop contacting me and threatening me and even perhaps someone stop their illegal activities. It is very clear that they are attempting to scam innocent people using threats and it needs to stop.
