Mercedes Benz of Oakland had a video of their employee colliding with my vehicle, with me in it? MB Oakland has now destroyed that evidence, and are now calling me a liar? Although I want MB Oakland to pay for the damage to my vehicle and my medical expenses, the paramount issue is my integrity has been called into question? Why would I lie about this issue when I know that MB Oakland has surveillance cameras throughout their dealership? ? MB Oakland is not telling the truth about this matter, and their insurance company has advised them in this matter? Neither MB Oakland or *** *** have any credibility in this matter, and a thorough investigation needs to be conducted to get to the truth
