I gave one star because I couldn't write a review without it Bottom line, go ANYWHERE else General Manager, ***, lacks integrity, good business sense, and any care for customers after closing a sale I purchased nearly $2k in a big green egg and accessories That day I was able to pick up most of my order and was promised the remained would be shipped I was pleased with the grill and called to order more accessories, but specifically asked if the added items could be shipped as well, due to living a good distance away, frequent military travel, and long hours when I am in townI was told it was no problem Over a week later I returned from a trip hoping my order had arrived, instead, I had a single voice mail stating that it was more than they expected and were wanting to know when I could pickup After an additional week of promised returned calls, that weren't; blaming 'communication'; absolute failure in trying to make it right, such as offering a pathetic discount o
