I highly recommend this company for your tree cutting needs We just had very large poplars and two maples removed and stump grinding One maple was extremely large, growing close to our home and I was very confident in their ability to drop this thing on a dime! Essentially, that's what they did and it was a pleasure to do business with them They were professional, knowledgable, courteous, prompt, and thorough Their pricing was in line with other companies ( those other companies were pushy and didn't present themselves professionally) You get what you pay for and when it comes to work being done around our home I factor in many things and am fairly picky Watching these guys It was obvious they know their craft & are extremely skilled All of their equipment was clean, which indicates to me that they take pride in their business and delivering a positive experience for the customer Yes indeed, that pride showed in their workmanship We will definitely use them in the future should any tree removal needs arise

initially sent to the customer with the schedule change notification and the proposed airline re-protectionThe customer was not amenable to the new schedule and requested alternate flightsLater, the customer called AB and was told that it would be possible to rebook on their desired flights due to the involuntary schedule change, however, agent was unable to obtain a waiver from Air Berlin by the time this complaint was receivedAgency reached out to Air Berlin yesterday and was able to rebook/reissue the customer on their desired flightsAlso, agent spoke with the customers and they were satisfied with the outcome.We hope this settles the complaint.Best regards,Downtown Travel

Dear Revdex.com, We here at Downtown Travel received a complaint that we wish to resolve. Complaint ID: [redacted]. In this complaint, customer [redacted] claims that she purchased a ticket for airfare through our subagency, [redacted] the ticket was not processed and no refund has been made....

Our thorough research shows that our subagency, [redacted] created the booking for their client and put the record in our queue so that it could be issued. When our ticketing agent attempted to issue the ticket, there was a technical glitch and the autopricing feature was not working. Our ticketing agent immediately updating the history of the record and informed our subagency. In the record's history we see that our sub-agent at [redacted] contacted the client to inform her that the price of the ticket had gone up 300 dollars and she was no longer interested in purchasing this ticket due to the difference in cost. The customer's credit card had already been charged because this specific airline does not permit transactions done with personal credit cards. Therefore, transactions have to be charged through this outside source, [redacted]. These ccmerch transactions are placed in a separate queue which explains why the client's card was charged even though the ticket could not be issued. We wish to note, that a refund for the [redacted] charge was processed on June [redacted]. If at this time, the card holder does not have the properly amount refunded to her card, we urge that communication is established with the card holder's bank to track the progress. Below you will find the time stamps for both the original transaction and the refund. It is unfortunate that due to a technical glitch, we were not able to assist [redacted]. Mills Tree Service was professional and efficient. I hired them to remove four large trees, five stumps, and some miscellaneous branches. They came out promptly with a free estimate which was less than five other quotes. The crew showed up on time and quickly worked and left my yard in perfect shape. No damage and cleaned all tree debri. I was very satisfied with the work they completed and will only use them in the future for all related work.

All the work quoted (in writing) by [redacted] was complete and done to perfection.
