I made another attempt (at least 7th or 8th) to contact the business about the refund. "[redacted]" answered the phone - he is always the one who answers. He informed me that "Mr. Mills has already taken care of that". That's the same answer I get every time I call and that's been going on for the last 2 months at least. When I questioned him about it, he hung up on me - again.
