Mr. [redacted] contracted our company to perform a local move on his behalf, including storage of certain household items for approximately 7 months.  The disputed claim in question is for dining room chairs.  Mr. [redacted] claims the material (leather or leather-like) on the chairs looks different...

to him now versus before the move began, and is asking that the chairs be replaced.  We reviewed the claim and had the chairs inspected by an independent third party, and nothing could be found to substantiate his claim.  While Mr. [redacted] did purchase valuation coverage for his belongings while they were in our care, the chairs were not damaged or broken, and therefore the claim was denied on that basis.
