Called business on 7/22/***, [redacted] nephew, said he went to the consumer's home and cleaned the subject windowHe said they did clean all the gutters the first time he was there, but he checked all the gutters on the second visit and they were cleanHe took picturesHe left a brochure for the consumer and called them to apologize
