I am responding to your 4/21/e-mail on this matterThe dealership wanted to address Ms [redacted] 's concerns and point out how they had addressed these issues alreadyOne of the reasons I suspect the [redacted] s reached an agreement to settle this matter with us, and gave us a full release, is that when they traded in their old vehicle , the balance they owed on it exceeded its valueThe dealership paid off the loan on the trade-in, in order to help the [redacted] 's qualify for the Jeep deal, as the bank would not give them the loan without our helpThis means that the dealership paid, on the [redacted] 's behalf a liability which the [redacted] 's hadThe Dealership did not get this money back when it agreed to take back the vehicle from the [redacted] s Additionally, during the time the [redacted] s were making payments on the Jeep, they were using that vehicle for over 13,miles in seven monthsIn other words their payments functioned as if they were leasing the vehicle, so these payments were not a loss but the [redacted] s received value for them in using the Jeep

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I'm asking for my $depositAnd I traded a mercury Milan when we bought the jeepThe paper work I gave you has the information of the carThe value they valued it at is $So A total of $ I'm willing to setttle for that Thank you

Millsboro Auto Mart has forwarded me your e-mail from yesterday regarding the above-captioned matterAs this was the first notice I had I want to apologize for any delay in respondingI do want to take advantage of this chance to provide you with the facts of this matter The complaint recites that "all papers" from this deal said that the mileage in question said 14,milesIt goes on to claim that all papers that they signed said milesAs you will see from the attached sales documents this is untrueFirstly I attach the on-line listing from Millsboro for this Jeep, which advises the public that it had 33,000+ milesNext is the Customer Information Sheet, provided to the [redacted] s and showing miles (and signed by both buyers)There are other sales documents and financing records showing the correct mileage which were provided to the buyers-I will not burden you with all of them unless needed Millsboro has never denied that one document, an odometer statement, had a clerical error as to the mileage figure, but the sales documents signed for by the [redacted] ' clearly show that the true mileage was provided, more than once, to the buyers The [redacted] s drove the vehicle for @ 13,miles in @ six months, then came to Millsboro and voiced their concernsAs a result Millsboro did not ignore them, instead a buyback was done by Millsboro at the request of the [redacted] s, as shown on the attached 2/9/"Bought units" form signed by the [redacted] s At that time the [redacted] s showed their agreement that this matter was resolved by signing the attached "Release" on 2/10/I have no explanation why this complaint is made with allegations of wrongdoing by Millsboro, when the matter was amicably resolved and a full release was signed by the [redacted] s(the originals of all documents are, of course, available for review at the dealership) Please feel free to contact me if I can provide any further information with regard to this matter

I'm asking for my $500.00 deposit. And I traded a 2007 mercury Milan when we bought the jeep. The paper work I gave you has the information of the car. The value they valued it at is $5000.00. So  A total of $5500.00.  I'm willing to setttle for that.
Thank you

Millsboro Auto Mart has forwarded me your e-mail from yesterday regarding the above-captioned matter. As this was the first notice I had I want to apologize for any delay in responding. I do want to take advantage of this chance to...

provide you with the facts of this matter.       The complaint recites that "all papers" from this deal said that the mileage in question said 14,000 miles. It goes on to claim that all papers that they signed said 14000 miles. As you will see from the attached sales documents this is untrue. Firstly I attach the on-line listing from Millsboro for this 2014 Jeep, which advises the public that it had 33,000+ miles. Next is the Customer Information Sheet, provided to the [redacted]s and showing 33345 miles (and signed by both buyers). There are other sales documents and financing records showing the correct mileage which were provided to the buyers-I will not burden you with all of them unless needed.  Millsboro has never denied that one document, an odometer statement, had a clerical error as to the mileage figure, but the sales documents signed for by the [redacted]' clearly show that the true mileage was provided, more than once, to the buyers.       The [redacted]s drove the vehicle for @ 13,000 miles in @ six months, then came to Millsboro and voiced their concerns. As a result Millsboro did not ignore them, instead a buyback  was done by Millsboro at the request of the [redacted]s, as shown on the attached 2/9/16 "Bought units" form signed by the [redacted]s.       At that time the [redacted]s showed their agreement that this matter was resolved by signing the attached "Release" on 2/10/2016. I have no explanation why this complaint is made with allegations of wrongdoing by Millsboro, when the matter was amicably resolved and a full release was signed by the [redacted]s. (the originals of all documents are, of course, available for review at the dealership).       Please feel free to contact me if I can provide any further information with regard to this matter.

I am responding to your 4/21/16 e-mail on this matter. The dealership wanted to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns  and point out how they had addressed these issues already. One of the reasons I suspect the [redacted]s reached an   agreement to settle this matter with  us, and gave us a full release, is that when they traded in their old vehicle , the balance they owed on it exceeded its value. The dealership paid off the loan on the trade-in, in order to help the [redacted]'s qualify  for the 2014 Jeep deal, as the bank would not give them the loan without our help. This means that the dealership paid, on the [redacted]'s behalf a liability which the [redacted]'s had. The Dealership did not get this money back when it agreed to take back the vehicle from the [redacted]s Additionally, during the time the [redacted]s were making payments on the Jeep, they were using that vehicle  for over 13,000 miles in seven months. In other words their payments  functioned as if they were leasing the vehicle, so these payments were not a loss but the [redacted]s received value for them in using the Jeep.

Review: Millsboro automart tried to get me to falsify documents because they sent over the wrong documents to the state for 1500.00. They decided to tell me they had not gotten the money from the state 4 months after I had my car and already paid about 1,000 in loans for the car and personally gave them 1500 down. Now the state wont approve me for the 1500 because they never received the correct documents. So now I can't get the grant from the state to pay for my car. There trying to repo my car now unless I give them the 1500 I owe them which was a mistake on their part. They told me different prices from whats on the contract and now wont give me my tags. I'm going to be left with my credit ruined, 2,000 loss, and I'm going to be paying for a car I don't even have because of their mistake. Prices don't match and things were shoved on me really fast. I feel very taken advantage of.... PLEASE HELP!!!Desired Settlement: I don't feel like I should have to pay the 1500 to them considering this was their mistake and not mine. They were the ones who failed to tell me and it way after the fact of it being able to be fixed. I also thought after I gave them the 1500 on my part their saying I owe 500 more on top of the 1500 I paid right up front. I'm at my wits end with this. I don't want to deal with this company any more. I feel very taken advantage of. or 1500 refunded back and Ill take my business elsware
