addressed since on or shortly after the house closing in December 2013 which means they have remained outstanding for approximately 15 months.  We have requested that other items be addressed since about October 2014 which means they have remained outstanding for approximately 6 months.  We would appreciate completion of these items in a more expeditious manner.  Is the builder willing to, through the Revdex.com handling this complaint, establish and adhere to a specific target date of completion within a reasonable period of time?
