Review: On September *, 2015 I placed an order with the salesman [redacted] at Millwood Lumber of three custom made [redacted] windows and I gave him the correct measurement as shown in the quote number: GN6Y31A (36 1/4" x 54"). Three months later, on December **, I got notice that my windows were ready so I sent my trusted contractor, [redacted] to pick them up. Unfortunately [redacted] signed the delivery paper without checking the measurements were correct and in fact they were wrong. All of a sudden the quote number become 17YCJ15 and the measurement were 34 1/4" x 51". The windows were unusable and I returned them to Millwood lumber but, since my contractor signed the delivery paper, they refused any compromise: I signed, I was screwed. I tried since then to reason with the [redacted] without success and after a couple of times, he didn't answer nor returned my calls. I understand very well (my daughter is a lawyer) that since the delivery paper with the wrong measurement was signed, I have no legal ground, but what about moral ground, ethical ground or just plain old justice? Someone at Millwood Lumber messed up the measurement and delivered three very expensive windows (well over $3000.00) I have no use because they made them wrong and just because my contractor sign the paper , they can get away with their expensive mistakes.

I just hope that my experience may be useful to anyone who will read my complain so they may have a better idea who they are going to deal with if they plan to do business with Millwood Lumber.Desired Settlement: Since we both made a mistake, a 50% refund of the paid price will be just and ethically correct.
