You placed an order for a product that you received and then disputed the credit card charge almost six months after receiving the productWe made numerous attempts to resolve this issue and advised you of intent for file court documentsAs you have agreed to our terms and conditions when
purchasing on our website, you agreed to our collection costsWe will accept payment in the amount of $which includes the fees paid to the Maine District Court

I have just recently received this information as our mail is being forwarded while our location is under constructionWe received *** ***'s order on 11/4/and forwarded the order to the manufacturer did not make us aware the product was out of stock and in the process of being fabricated
for restocking purposes, so that was our mistakeWe received an order status request from the customer and upon looking into the order, we advised the customer that the product was out of stock and would be available early DecemberWe requested conformation from the customer if they wanted the order cancelled and refunded to which they did notI was also contacted by Mr*** who requested that I hold the order until he could confirm weather or not he could fins a suitable alternativeShortly after , Mr*** contacted me requesting cancellation of the order to which we quickly obliged and refunded the transactionI have reviewed the complaint and I am not sure why the customer cancelled the order and is now requesting to order the product againIf the customer cancelled the order and is now requesting to order the product againIf the customer wishes to purchase the product, they may do so by ordering the item online as they initially did

I did not attempt to reorder the bar posts from mill work city. After I cancelled my order on 11/30 and requested a refund, I went out that day and bought the bar posts from [redacted]. They did provide a full refund on 12/4. I would have accepted their response, however the statement that I tried to reorder from them is incorrect. regards, [redacted]
